I Hire this contractor to do some cement work on my back yard and a patio, He did a very good job, very clean and he exceeded my expectation, he also volunteered to take all junk I have on my back yard at no extra cost. I strongly recommend him.

This contractor was a nightmare. I really bought in with the plan and the prices. After things started the nightmare began. The crew left trash everywhere on my property everyday. a year later i am still picking up nail. not 1 pipe or post sticking up out of the ground was plumb. after the job was done i had to go and dig out all post that had been set since foam was used to support and they were not stable. the worst part was they were hired for starters to pull up my tile roof and lay down new paper then tile before solar was installed. also there was some entryways to have turned into cover areas. more than half the tiles were broken. when i confronted the contracted he tried to tell me his crew said they were already broken when they arrived. this quickly dealt with when i told him that they had not been broken at all. so they pulled up all those times and installed new ones. but in doing this broke more tiles. after multiple times having to have things fixed i cant imagine how many holes are now in the new material under the tiles. all the tile was laid crooked and remains extremely ugly. the skylights that were added both leaked horribly on the first rain. the areas that needed to have some cement mix was very shoddily done. the tile was not evenly overhung on the facia boards thus allowing water to run down and behind the facial. only a matter of time before they rot out. before the job started there was no leaks and everything looked great. i was trying to be proactive since i was having solar installed. the job was drug on for months with people only occasionally showing up to work. everything about this contractor is bottom level product. it was a complete nightmare. everyday since when i arrive home i have to look at a horrible roof and remember the nightmare. i hope no one else is duped by this contractor.
