    I feel like I was extorted and not given the products I had agreed to. -06/27/2022 Went to office with a toothache. Was advised I'd need root canal and crown. Was quoted $1,000 for services after diligently and thoroughly reviewing financials with front desk girl, *******. After agreed amount was confirmed and services began I was told I would actually owe $1,600 due to their error (60% increase) for an upgraded crown specifically designed to match my original tooth. I felt I was being extorted as I was in their mercy having half my tooth removed already. -Office manager **** offered compensate by reducing $300. Offered free in house bleaching to compensate. -07/13/2022 completed root canal. Imaging for my original tooth was lost or deleted and they had to come up with a new mold based on a worn down temp crown and not original tooth. New crown is wider and not what I agreed to in my purchase. Additionally, front desk girl **** advised there was no note of complementary whitening, failing to uphold their end of the agreement. I requested a call from office manager. 07/21/2022 after multiple attempts of reaching office manager I was able to finally reach her and she attempted to provide lesser bleaching then what was promised and could not explain why my medical records were not noted of issues. I feel I was extorted for a final fee of 30% more than what was originally agreed upon and in the end, did not even get the product or promise I was given. My new crown was molded after a temp crown that had been worn down over 3 weeks.

    Carefully review your bill to verify that charges are accurate and consistent with your insurance coverage. After working closely with my insurance company, I learned that I was overcharged by $2,874.43. I requested a full refund within a week and the office staff responded by giving me a partial refund and sending me to a collection agency for $289. After almost three months with no resolution, I filed a complaint against the dental office with my insurance in order to get a full refund. The office staff had no sense of urgency to assist me with my concerns. Additionally, I learned from my insurance company that I was billed for the treatment of a root canal obstruction that was not justified. The **************** was kind but I question the integrity and professionalism of this dental office and its office staff.
