    After multiple broken agreements, lies and thousands of dollars these guys still can't seem to figure out da problem with my jeep...most definitely shady business

    I took a 2010 BMW X5 that had oil check valve problems to Autotech. I asked them to replace the oil check valves which had to be ordered from the dealer. The cost for just the parts was $400 and total for parts and labor would be $1500 total if that fixed the problem and $1000 if it did not. When I went to pick up the car, I found out they never ordered the parts, never replaced the valves. They claimed the car didn't need new valves. But they still wanted to charge me $1000 including the price for the parts that they never even ordered! And the car still isn't fixed!! I paid them and took my car but I will never go back. It was a waste of $1000. I advise anyone looking for a mechanic to go elsewhere. The owner is shady and unethical.
