Once i started getting up there in age? I started looking for help with my claim. I saw an ad on ******** for Veterans Disability Help.I engaged with them and felt I could trust them with my claim In May of 2024 they sent in my Intent to file a revised claim to the VA. After collecting all my medical records. They got my claim filed in September 2024. I had 3 in-person C&P exams and one by video ******* Feburary I was notified I was now Rated 90%. I thought that was the end of things. I received 2 more appointments For C&P exams. On March 13, 2025 i was notified that I was now rated at 100% total and permanently disabled. Thanks for all your hard work.

After two unsuccessful attempts to get a disability rating through the ** on my own, I decided it wasnt worth the frustration. Thats when my brother, a fellow veteran, recommended Veterans Disability *********. He had seen their success firsthand and encouraged me to reach outand it turned out to be the best decision I could have made. The process is lengthy, but patience paid off. Throughout it all, the team at Veterans Disability Help, LLC was incredibly supportive. They were always helpful, kept me informed, and consistently reached out to update me on my case. With their expertise and guidance, I went from a 0% rating to 100%! Without their help, I would have never been able to achieve this on my own.If youre struggling with the VA system, I highly recommend reaching out to them. The results speak for themselves!

Man what a disappointment, you would think that after doing bussines with them not once but twice, that they would have my files up to date. They send the same email they send everyone, it is not a one to one, more like you and you have to explain the same thing over and over, just because it is a diffrent person that talks to you, it can be the next day and you will be talking to a diffrent ********* careful they will submit for stuff that you don't have medical records, no medical records means you are not getting connected. What happens is that the examiner sees this, and can tell if you really have what you say you have. Don't waste your time and money that you have earned by sacrificing your mind and body in the military for people that basically do something you can do yourself. They will call you in .05 seconds as soon as I get paid, but the company doesent bother to read paperwork or notes or the status of the case? They purposely wait a year to submit your case just so they get a bigger cut, read the contract once you sing you are with them until you reach 100% or permanent and total ]P&T, guess what the only thing they do is submit the paperwork. They are not lawyers if you have to go to court they will not support, they straight up tell you you are on your own. You can submit the paperwork yourself and if you do have the medical evidence and it did happen during service, the VA will connect it. They just submit paperwork and "claim they are here to help you" maybe a person that does not have access to computers but you can do all this with a cell phone, don't waste your time with this company. I should have carried on, but it seems they put the persuasive person when you are trying to write a claim, I had to tell the same person 5 times, I ONLY WANT TO SUBMIT A CLAIM FOR STUFF THAT I HAVE EVIDENCE FOR, but the lady kept pushing I had to get a bit aggressive with the lady just so she only submits what I want to submit. They don't care about you.

I signed a contract with them back in January 2024 (worst mistake ever). In the contract states that they will file a claim for each disability brought out during the initial consult. Weeks and weeks go by without being able to get in contact with anybody in the office or their "direct number". They finally decided to submit the Claim in May (with the Intent to File dated back in January) with the conditions we brought out during that first interview. A few weeks later after we summited that claim I (Myself) submitted another claim with other conditions that were not in the contract with them. A few months later i received a Decision letter from the VA denying every single Condition they submitted and scheduling a C&P for a few of the conditions from the Claim I submitted myself. Try calling them again without success, obviously, and after sending email to 30+ people, someone finally called me back to claim they have right for those conditions I'm working on by myself, even if those conditions were never mention between us and I didn't follow they "procedures" I had to follow with their ************* the end just a complete scam, shady, just taking advantage of Veterans.Note: I'm not even complaining about the ridiculous amount of money I have to agree on the contract (Half of my retro payment). Because I knew it from the beginning, but everything about the company is just a scam and EVERYBODY SHOULD STAY AWAY FROM THOSE GUYS!!!

****************** signed his original contract with Veterans Disability Help, LLC on November 7th, 2019. At that point ****************** had a 30% Disability Rating with the VA. During his time with Veterans Disability Help, LLC, we have helped him go from 30% to 60%. Mr. ******** claim remained open, and Veterans Disability Help, LLC was able to review his claim until October 18th, 2022, when the VA switched its access to VA.gov from eBenefits to My HealtheVet (MHV). Since we did not have direct access to Mr. ******** MHV account, ********************************************* Help, LLC began reaching out to ****************** to get that access information. From October 18th, 2022, through December 7th, 2022, five (5) calls and 9 text messages were sent to the Veteran requesting MHV access with no response from ******************.****************** was last contacted again on May 15th, 2023, by text message, notifying ****************** that he was in Delinquent Status with Veterans Disability Help, LLC, since he had violated his contract by never updating our access to his account. ****************** finally responded to Veterans Disability Help, LLC on May 16th, 2023. He was called back on May 23rd, 2023, where he didnt answer. A voicemail was left, a text message was sent, and an email was sent to ****************** (at *************************** to which there was no response.****************** was held in ********** Status for almost another year with no contact from ******************. On May 3rd, 2024, ****************** was turned over to our collections agency, FCR Collections for the only thing we could pursue, which was his cancellation fee. It wasnt until after FCR contacted ****************** that ****************** submitted his complaint to the BBB stating that we never called him back.

After two failed attempts of trying to get an increase on my own thru the VA, I decided it was not worth the time/effort. Seven years later my condition worsened & I was at a crossroads considering what to do. I met a veteran who received an increase with the help from Veteran's Disability Help, LLC and suggested that I give them a call. This was this best call I made! The whole process is lengthy so be patient, but the end result was worth the wait. Veteran's Disability Help, LLC helped me go from a 20% rating to a 60% rating! Without their help I would have never been able to get an increase on my own.

Veterans Disability Help provided training to a USMC unit on how the VA process works. These are all active with 3-6 years of service remaining. They continue to out perform any expectations of a consulting firm, including volunteer work.

I cant say how happy I am with this company. They did EXACTLY what they said they would do and more. I went from a zero rating to 100%. Without the guidance of VDH I never would have gotten my rating.
