      I purchased 18 residential photovoltaic panels from SunPower through my local dealer in *************, ** in 2017. SunPower has had repeated issues with the microinverters since the panels were installed including a class action lawsuit that resulted in all microinverters being replaced. The current issue began on 12/20/2023 as a result of my local dealer replacing 3 microinverters on this date. The three microinverters took months to get. The installer told me the microinverters sent were not the same as those being replaced as shown by the part number. After the installer spent hours replacing the three inverters and time talking with SunPower it was determined that a fourth microinverter was not working. The local dealer immediately ordered a replacement microinverter. Since this date at the end of December 2023, I have made two to four phone calls per month including 4 calls in March and one today. I am continually told the same thing, "We're sorry", "thank you for your patience", and "the team lead will get back to you in a day or two". The getting back to me does not occur as of today.I repeatedly ask why the newer microinverter can't be sent like the three that were sent and replaced on 12/20/2023 and to that question I get no answer. So, I ask again, why can't SunPower send the newer replacement microinverter so that my investment sitting on the roof is producing electricity as it is supposed to?

      I purchased the solar panel system from Sunpower and it was installed through their licensed installer Seabright in our community. They came to our neighborhood and sold us the fact that Sunpower has incredible 25 years warranty on the products and services and we have nothing to worry and are fully covered as compared to the other competitors including Momentum, Tesla etc. I bought into the fake promises and A+ warranty/service and purchased a very expensive solar system. There have been issues from 1st week of the install as their app rarely connected and such I could not monitor. After several calls and numerous hours spent on the phone, someone from SunPower stopped by and corrected the issues and at the same time informed that few panels were not correctly configured and they fixed it. After 2 years of mild frustration with SunPower, last month the mild frustration resulted into a complete regret. On March 16th on a clear and sunny day, our neighborhood lost power and PSEG took a few hours to fix the issue. A similar incident again happened on March 18th. After a few days I and many other homeowners in our community started realizing that the power generated by the panels (using a Sunpower app that only showed total power generated and not by each panel) seemed an issue. When we contacted Sunpower they did the usual troubleshooting on restarting the system and a promise to have a technician stop by and fix the issue. Well, another set of fake commitments and an example of poor customer service. As of today, I have many panels that are not working and Sunpower is not responsive as they dont want to upheld their warranty towards fixing/replacing the faulty microinverters. It has been 42 days now since this issue & many of my solar panels are not producing power resulting in losses for me. I need help with them resolving and fixing this issue ASAP. My caseid that was shared sometimes back was ******* and no action has been taken by SunPower.
