    Lids is not honoring their reward certificates that are earned for purchasing items when you have paid for a premium access pass membership. Perks include earning a $10 coupon to be used in store only after reaching **** points, every dollar spent is 2 points earned. Lids claims they notify the customer via email when a reward is available, and it expires after 60 days. I have ****** points earned and have not been notified once that I have a reward to use. *** asked lids to provide me an email confirmation, receipt copy, screenshot, anything that proves they sent it to me and they will not respond. The corporate help desk says they cant access receipts, I have email proof of this. The store gm says he cant even access that info. I should have been awarded $300 in certificates based on my points earnings, and the corporate side is telling me I have only $50. I do not have access to view this amount, but the store employees do. The gm told me point blank, their corporate office is aware of the issue and will not help. The premium access pass membership is $10 a year charge, so Im paying for a service that I cannot access. When I tried to actually use one of the certificates that the store was able to find, I was informed I can apply either the $10 certificate, or use the 20% member discount, but not both. Further more, I would not be allowed to apply more than one certificate to any one transaction, and no where on their website or membership guidelines does it state this. I am paying for the membership rewards, why cant I use them. I want all $300 of my reward certificates, nothing more, nothing less. If they can provide me proof of me being notified of an available reward, I will be more than happy to eat crow, shut up and go away.

    I purchased a snapback through their website, paid $14.99 for 2 day shipping on top of my order amount. Didn't receive my merchandise by said date; contacted customer service, two live chat reps were incompetent, and I spoke with two telephone reps, one of which rudely hung up on me without offering any solution or help. Basically, when I track my order it says: "delivered", this is just to cover up the unlawful $14.99 2 day shipping charge on their end, as I cannot prove something was NOT delivered to me. It's a scam since even if they do deliver something late or outside of that delivery window-- they're justified by that false system delivery update!! Buyers beware! They refuse to issue a refund for my expedited delivery charge, and refuse to tell me where my order really is!
