    Purchased an Iphone case on 3/8/2024. ORDER IC46696. Total cost was $41.89. I have never received this product. I never received any sort of shipping notification. I have called and emailed company. No response.

    Several weeks ago I ordered an Iphone wallet case from this seller on their website that I paid $50.00 for. Having not received this, I sent several emails requesting assistance on status of my order and have not received a response and the phoned them using number posted on their website and got message that it was not in service.

    I bought the NexCharge 4 in 1 wireless charging station in December 2023(online purchase). It took some time to arrive. When it did, it didnt work for me. I called the company to ask about returning it but the number on the website did not work. I also emailed them on two occasions(first time to inquire about ETA of product, second time to ask about returns) and never got a response. I found directions on their website regarding returns. I used the address provided on their website and returned it within the period of time returns are allowed. The item came back as a return to sender. I tried calling the number again and it still wasnt working. I found them on instagram and sent a message. I never got a response. I just need to return this item and get my money back but as you can see, this has been an issue.

    Company took my order, never filled the order , will not answer the phone, email or chat...I honestly think it's a fake website

    I ordered a product from Influcase in the amount of $41.59 on 9/26/23 for a cell phone case (iPhone 8+). I paid with a debit card. The product has never been delivered and no updates provided. The contract telephone number dies not work. Ive also used their web contact form asking for delivery or a refund. Influcase has not once responded. I am now seeking a refund buy no response from the company Please help!

    I purchased this phone case and had it for less than 2 weeks when it broke. It arrived over a month after I purchased it. The silicone that wraps around the metal pin broke and is irreparable. I contacted the company but they done do any defect refunds. I think they are selling a faulty product and theres no obvious way to find real reviews unless one is filing a complaint.

    I received the wrong phone case and have been trying to contact the company for weeks with no response from them.

    I ordered a case from their site. Their site does not represent or tell you that it comes from ***** with a 2+ mo lead time. And I have not received a product or any tracking updates. I have attempted to contact the business with no reply.

    I purchased a $39.99 iPhone case that was advertised as waterproof. However, upon delivery and inspection, I realised that this is not the situation. The case had open ports for the speaker! On top of it, the screen had some very unusual warping, especially after installation, which severely degrade the quality of the product rendering it unusable. I contacted the company, and they requested I return the item to their warehouse in *****! The shipping alone costed me $30, not including the time and effort to do it. They issued a refund for the case, but not the shipping. I asked them to at least cover part of the shipping cost, and provided a receipt from the post office but they refused. The product had false advertising and did not match the expectations.
