    On May 24,2024 my storage at secure space Rialto was broken into.( This is the second time first time was 12/22/2022) Furniture was damaged beyond being able to use again. The door locks were ripped off of one door and damaged the lock on the other door. One door is uncloseable and my items in storage are still exposed as of today 6/13/2024. I get the run around everytime I call. They are waiting to find a vendor to come out and fix the doors. I was told they are going to move my unit 2930 to a different one but nothing yet. In the meantime I just have to wait and if my things are stolen again then I just have to repeat this process. No reparations have been given, the $10.00 insurance I pay every month (on top of the $274.00I pay) is giving me the run around also, asking for things that they already have and has confirmed they have it.

    The company has suddenly this month increased storage unit charges $100 each unit with no notification. The facility has undergone a management change last month (June 2024) in which none of the customers were notified. This is no part of the original agreement I signed with this facility.
