    The ************** charged an extra 450 dollars not written in the receipt when they arrived at the moving location. They didn't deliver three boxes containing cooking wares and important shoes for work and school. They said they had the box but the truck already left **************, they didn't give any timeline for when to deliver it to us. They blamed us for the system that led to it. They don't answer our calls anymore. They asked us why we paid 450 more.

    Bison scammed me out of $8,800 for a move that was estimated and should have cost under $3,000.Company called me and quoted price to ship goods, Monday, June 17th for $2733.85 for 473 CF or 3311 lbs. I agreed to pay $5.07 / CF extra. I paid deposit: $777.85 w/credit card, balance due $1600 Company came day early and promised no additional charges to help wrap items due to their schedule change. They wrapped & transported empty luggage and containers because we could not speak Spanish to them. They wrapped empty storage units in blankets. I told them I did not need them to be wrapped. When Items were partially in truck, driver told me I had gone over my CF by 4 times. (473 x 4 = 1892 CF.) He said I had to pay $8,800 less deposit of $778.85 = $8021.15. (Equates to 1736 CF) if I wanted my household goods. (I realize now, this was extortion) He said you have no option but to pay. I was in tears and asked for copy of paperwork. He took credit card. Made me sign papers without letting me read them. Refused to give me copy when asked. I was in fear he would destroy my property if I didnt pay him. I have receipts from boxes purchased, along with item descriptions that my items were Approximately 500 CF. Called Bison. They said they didnt know anything about estimate.Asked them to have estimator call me. Received text saying.. call dispatch. I did but, no answer.Bison delivered goods to *******, ** in Penske truck. Many damaged items. I took picture of truck, was 22 or 26 ft. . Per website: Largest Penske truck is 26 ft long, height: 8 ft and width: 8 ft,. ********** 1700 CF/ weight ****** lbs. Mine was 2nd of 3 shipments on truck and delivered Thursday, June 20. Can clearly see that at least 10 ft of truck is empty when in picture at start of delivery. Shipment took up approx 1/3 of truck space, 1700/3 = 567 CF . Cost to expand into 567 CF, cost would be $2875. Bison took $8,800 and said I had 1735CF of goods. truck cannot hold 1735 CF,

    Contacted company for quote to move from *******, ** to **************, **. Initial quote was around $5600. Once our items were loaded into a moving truck, they told us we would be paying closer to $20,000 for the move. In addition, the movers damaged property in our home which we had just sold. We had to pay over $700 out of pocket to fix those damages in order to close on our home. Our items were essentially held hostage until we agreed to pay a percentage of the "new" quote. Once items were delivered to our new home, we were told we needed to be there immediately or out items would end up in storage in ******** at our expense and would not be back to us for months. We were driving from ** to ** at the time and had to drive straight through with children and dogs in order to ensure we had our items. Many items were broken or missing. I filed a claim with Anthem Claim Mgmt within the allotted time for claims and have been told that our claim would be closed because Bison has refused to send a Bill of Lading and/or a Descriptive Inventory. These items were not available to us at neither the start of the move nor the end of the move. They continue to ignore my phone calls, ignore my messages to call me back and/or hang up on my when I call.

    Billing errors were made on furniture move on April 1, 2024. there was on over charge of $1454.00 greater than the estimate. I have sent request for refund by certified mail on April 18, 2024, **** shows delivery on April 20, 2024. no response was received so I contacted Bison by phone onMay 18,2024 and spoke with *********. I forwarded all documents by email and was told she would pass to her supervisor, who would contact me the following week. as of today May 29, 2924, despite numerous calls to their office I have never spoken with the supervisor. I have complete documentation to support the claim which can be provided as needed. Bison relocation job BR8974271 i am requesting an immediate refund of over charges.

    I got quotes for my daughter to move from ******** ****** to ******* *******. Bison was not the cheapest nor the highest but assured me that they would load and have my dauthers stuff delivered in approx 3 to 4 days.I told them my daughter had a small studio apartment, King **** couch and clothes etc. So on moving day the movers show up 6 to 8 hours late load 75% of her stuff and say its going to cost over $5,000.00 quote was approx $1,600.00 and told her she needed to pay immedialty. They refused to give her a copy of the paperwork but she felt very uncomfortable with the entire process while the guys were loading. She paid as she waas told she had to.My daughter drove straight to ******* only to be told when she checked on her stuff that they would not tell her when or where her stuff was at. Only said we have 21 days another lie from the sales guy.I personally called the office and after switching me to the 3rd person they just hung up.Several days later my daughter gets call saying her stuff is going to be delivered the next day and they added additional cost because they said the truck was to big for the complex. Not true and informed her payment due before they would unload and cash or cashiers check. I could go on about the LIE's and the con practices of the company. The Cubic foot of furniture was not even close to what they charged her. Total charged over $6,000.00

    I am dissatisfied with Bison ************** (******:******* MC: ********) based in ** for failing to uphold integrity and transparency. I scheduled a move with ****, Senior Sales Manager, expressing my concerns about unethical practices and stressing the importance of integrity. I provided comprehensive pictures of my belongings and an updated list after consolidating items into bins. Despite this, on January 29th, 2024, movers loaded unauthorized items and disregarded the agreed-upon list.I confronted the leader regarding the undisclosed cost increase and the loading of unapproved items. Despite my objections, Bison ************** proceeded with the move. They are now withholding my $20,000 worth of belongings in a CA warehouse, effectively holding them for ******. Additionally, they transported unauthorized items and refused to unload them from the truck, aggravating the situation.The move was suppose to be from ************************************* to ********** **.

    Seems like a scam company from start to finish experience was horrible! They way way underquoted me on the phone and when they showed up and I said the price listed was way too small even when I asked them to round it way up over the estimated size before I committed to using them, ended up needed double the space, they refused to give me a new quote until everything was loaded on the truck even though i had it boxed and stacked outside first to allow them to measure for a more accurate price prior to loading. Then both pick up and drop off was delayed multiple times, by days, there were few options available for payment (what company doesn't have a card reader these days??? even garage sales sometimes can accept them) and when unpacking discovered they shipped every other box upside-down, not even sideways to fit into tight space, completely upside-down! They somehow managed to break things that had previously survived 5 cross country moves, including 2 that entailed 2 hours driving in a uhaul trailer over bumpy ******** dirt roads!! Avoid at all costs!!!!
