    I had hired these movers to do a job for me, they couldn't transport one of my items or get it inside my apartment. I still paid the amount due of 612$ they said they would need a third guy to move the couch the next day but I would have to pay another 250$ I said fine although that's not my fault they couldn't move the couch so the next day comes and they cannot move the couch the Owner of the business shows up and is asking me to at least tip them because they missed a day of work. I missed a day of work as well and they didn't even get the job done. The owner and I were going back and fourth I'm not sure if he was just taking advantage because I'm a young female and there was no other people involved in the move. 2 of my items were broken when I told the owner he said maybe you already had them like that. My items were not ripped or broken till after the move. I believe they went through my personal belongings : lingerie. Because he was accusing me of being a stripper and talking horribly to me on Yelp he even said I should go see a psychologist. I left a honest review on yelp and the things that he said back were just not OK.He was judging my character and saying lies about me I took screenshots of the review I left him and what he replied he also went out of his way to message me on yelp. On top of everything they had left their clipboard with my credit card information and other people's information and checks out on the street the maintenance person from my building found it and brought it to me could you imagine if somebody would have found that information? I could have possibly been a victim to credit card fraud. Not only me but these other people as well. When he messaged me, he also accuse me of being a stripper / prostitute. Which I have never done in my life.they are a moving company they now know where I live and I'm honestly scared for my life and I just moved to this apartment I am a young woman that did not deserve any of this treatment.

    We are sorry to hear that the customer was dissatisfied with their experience, and we appreciate the opportunity to provide our perspective on the matter.


    From the beginning of this job, our team worked to complete the service safely and professionally. The customer was not ready for the move, there were items everywhere, but our team did its best and packed and completed the move very quickly. Unfortunately, the customers couch did not fit through the stairways or hallways of her new building. We informed her of the situation and offered to return the next day with an additional worker to try again. We clearly communicated that this additional service would cost $250 regardless of the outcome due to the extra labor, and the customer agreed to the charge.

    Our team returned the following day as planned, with the additional crew member. Despite everyone's best efforts, the couch again could not be moved into the apartment due to the tight and restrictive layout of the building. During this visit, the customer called a family member for assistance, but they were also unable or unwilling to help. The customer became increasingly upset and asked our team to discard the couch on the street. We explained that this was not a legal or responsible option, and we could not comply.

    Throughout the process, our team remained professional under challenging circumstances. However, we acknowledge that one of our employees, after experiencing ongoing disrespect from the customer, became frustrated and sent a message that was not authorized by management and does not reflect our companys values or policies. That employee has since been reprimanded, and we have taken steps internally to ensure this does not happen again. At no point did any of the employees go through the customer's items and there is no evidence to support this assertion. 

    Ultimately, despite the additional work and time invested, the customer refused to pay the $250 fee she had previously agreed to. We also took the couch and dumped it as required by California rules and paid the dumping fees and employee hours ourselves. While we maintain that the $250 fee was fair and warranted, in the interest of resolving this matter and moving forward, we are willing to waive the $250 owed and consider the issue closed.
    We take pride in our commitment to professionalism and customer service and regret that this situation could not be resolved more amicably. We hope this resolution reflects our good faith and desire to bring closure to the matter.

    I am rejecting this response because: I was never rude to anyone. I actually hardly even spoke to the workers I only communicated to one of them and he was very nice. I complained about the ****** To the owner But never to the ******* face. 

    None of the other concerns Were ever addressed. Like the clipboard being left on the street and my credit card information being left out on the street with other clients information. I stated pictures and proof of that. 

    The fact that the owner called me a stripper and said that I entertain men for work on yelp.

    He is legit arguing with me on yelp for no reason because I called him out on his company and he is judging my character When he doesn't even know me because he has nothing else Else he can possibly say. I provided all the Evidence for my complaints. 

    When I called and I spoke with the owner's son, he said that they would take care of everything and I even told him that this is my first time getting a moving company so I was nervous and he clearly said that that they would pack everything up. I believe it's an exaggeration. One you say that I have stuff everywhere and the moving company didn't even touch anything in the kitchen. They only touched the bigger items. At no point did I interfere with the job? I was doing my thing and they were doing theirs.  And the owner telling me that I've one of the worst clients in 20 years is very rude because i'm literally harmless. He just didn't like the fact that I called him out on a lot of things that had happened or that were not Completed. 
    Being called a stripper and saying that I entertain man is extremely rude, and the moving company put me through a lot of emotional distress. The owner said it was an act which that is not correct. There's no way I can make myself cry like that As an act. I believe that the owner needs customer service training or at least Learn how to work with women, especially young women Because he really traumatized me.

    Company is avoiding phone calls with me after trying to put in an insurance claim. Company also had a driver operating a commercial vehicle without a proper license.
