We sold the client two cars ; one was returned to us because she wanted to get the other car which is a 2013 **** A6. As a courtesy,  i agreed to the exchange . The **** we repossessed after missing 3 monthly payments and several unsuccessful attempts to collect the money from customer.

We offer one month warranty on every car we sell , any issue with the car would have been taking care of during the warranty . When we got the car back , it was in a very bad shape and have not been taking care off at all . The car was driving over ***** miles in an 8 months period. Obviously if something is wrong with it ,it won't run that much in a short perioud of time .
I don't understand what is the refund for ?, the wholesale price for the **** is around $4000 and the loan amount is over $10000 .

I am rejecting this response because this is what happened I purchased a 2017 *** from the dealership after placing a down payment of $4,000. Within two months, the vehicles engine blew out. Instead of offering a repair, refund, or replacement, the dealer sent a tow truck and repossessed the car without proper communication on the next steps. I have saved messages and other evidence of this interaction.
I was then told to return to the dealership, where I was informed I would not receive a refund due to having allegedly smoked in the car. They stated they would deduct $700 from my down payment and only offered me the option to refinance another vehicle, or walk away with nothing. Under pressure, I agreed and signed paperwork for an ****, for which I paid an additional $4,000.
The dealer claimed the balance from the *** would be applied to the new contract, but this never happened. Two weeks later, he demanded an additional $2,000. However, before the two weeks were up, the check engine light came on and the **** began overheating. I brought it to the dealership multiple times, during which the car was in and out of the shop. On the same day he claimed it was repaired, he withdrew $2,000 from my paycheck without my consent and withheld my keys until the money was received.
Despite the ongoing mechanical issues, the dealer refused to refund me or take the vehicle back. When I attempted to use the warranty, no proper repairs were made, and the car's condition worsened. Ultimately, the vehicle broke down, and the dealership repossessed it again. I also have a recorded conversation in which the dealer discloses personal information about me to others and states he no longer wishes to work with me because I complained about the cars issues.
I believe I was manipulated, financially exploited, and repeatedly taken advantage of by this dealership. In total, I paid $10,000 toward two vehicles and was left with no working car, no refund, and no accountability from the dealer.
I am requesting a full refund of the money I paid for both vehicles ($4,000 for the **** $4,000 for the ****, and the additional $2,000 withdrawn from my paycheck). I am also requesting that this business be investigated for unethical and potentially illegal practices.
Please let me know what documentation you require to support my complaint. I am willing to provide contracts, text messages, receipts, and recorded audio as evidence.

    Sincerely,

    Honesty *********
