Hi, booking order for to ship one vehicle from Elwood ***** ************ at Copart auction to Brooklyn ** go charge me extra for that will pick up the vehicle that day I agree and they take my information my debit card information and theyre charging me hungry $50 I think about it after two hour I received email from Copart they told me the driver he cancel the order. I call ****** and ask him they told me a driver he doesnt have room in his truck. He went to pick up the car, leave it outside and copart you cannot pick up the car but it outside do you have to put it in top your truck **** driver he canceled the order. I did send email to xpress auto transport let him know and make sure no its cancel and I need my deposit back because **** is going to stay till next week was that is already Friday and thats why they charge me $250 extra do not give me my deposit back I kept calling the company every time I called ask you wanna speak to the manager they woke mean in Hold they get same person he book so order and he kept tell me hes good I need a nickel and give me my deposit back because he cant make fun of my voice my EXO because that the English is not my first language so this is not nice and its not fair they take their deposit money because the driver canceled the order was not me I feel like this scam is not fair to me or anybody
