I noticed in late 2020 that I was being billed for $4.99 by Yummly.com for a subscription that I did not buy. I am not certain how they got my information but I surmise that it was obtained from my phone when I clicked on a link to their website. When I tried to dispute the charges using the email address and phone number provided in the billing email nobody answered the phone and the email address did not work. I also tried the "help" website link that was provided with no results. The page on the website where you can delete or cancel your account is not functional. I finally received a response in April of 2021 saying they would refund some of the charges. I only received refunds for 3 months of charges even though I was charged for 6 months. I was told when I received the refund that my subscription would be cancelled and it would not renew. One month later the charges have began again and I have been unable to contact Yummly to get the issue resolved yet again. They have continued to charge me for something I did not buy and they failed to do what they said they would do. This is a fraudulent company and I want my money back and I want the account to be permanently deleted out of their system. They also need to fix their website so that customers can cancel their accounts so this doesn't happen to anyone else. I can't believe this company is allowed to steal from people like this.
