"This company has a "happiness garuntee" however they allowed a book to he sent to an address with no house number, leading to non arrival, and then refused to do anything except offer a coupon for the next book I order ( which I won't) and a reprint, and acted like offering a reprint was compensation, when they lost my first book, full of my children's photos for my grandfather's birthday, which he didn't get to recieve.
