Very poor support. No calls . Don't show up to appts. Trial worked great but they say those settings aren't sustainable. So why use them? Just to make the sale. Bait and switch. Same thing. After reading these reviews you think someone would do something. ****** care gone bad.. ..

I believed the sales rep that this will work I tried the trial and it worked to me it must of been in the *** setting once I agreed to get the permanent the device did the opposite I called Nevero several times and like everyone complaining I received the same bad customer service they claim theyre just programmers yet from what I see they are full of it I havent had any instructions zero its like Im suppose to figure this out on my own if someone decides to *** this company for negligence etc Im all in. Their customer service is far the worst Ive ever dealt with they claim all kinds of knowledge yet the only knowledge they know is charging the insurance company I for one am looking into suing them awaiting an attorney to get back to me in detail

I totally love my Nevro Spinal Stimulator. It has been a life changer. It has taken away all of the nerve pain that I have. I am very surprised at the complaints. Personally I have only called my rep ************** gets a Nevro Card with phone numbers that are answered unless your team is busy, but I have been promptly called back. The company even has you do a trial period to see if it works for you. If it does then you can get the implant. I could not live without my implant. It is very easy to work with also. I have had many ***s since. At one time I had a radiologist who was afraid. The company has provided a number that they can call. I stumbled on this review. I am glad as the Nevro is great! Call the company instead of the ************* is busy with newbies. The company will take care of you!! It took me two years to decide to get it because of doubt. Charge it when the dots are less at the top of the remote. Before *** call the company. Immediately before the *** press the red button on back of remote to turn it off. Make sure that you take your card and remote with you to the ***. Blessings to all!

Yes, the Nevro SCS does help to a certain degree, but I would give anything to have my old SCS back after a few months. It has an incredibly short battery and requires daily charging, which is another fiasco -- good luck with getting a good charging connection. If you manage to get a good connection, don't move, because the charger pack will chirp at you if your connection is reduced. So forget charging in your sleep or even while doing other things. Prepare to be frozen in place for at least a half hour each day. I'm moving soon, but once that's done, I will be instructing my pain doc to replace this with a system that isn't so troublesome and high maintenance. And yes, the customer service leaves a lot to be desired once the permanent unit is installed. They're ultimately just salespeople.

This 5 y.o. Nevro HF1 SCS gets a 4 star ?? ?? ?? ??. But the customer service only gets a 1 star ?? if even that. I haven't had to contact the Customer Support more than a couple of times in 5 yrs thank goodness, because every time I do I get a voicemail. Then, ***** calls me back. Recently, I had to play the phone tag game since my doctor wanted me to get it adjusted. I had to go thru the professional line (which I am an RN) just to reach a real person. Then, the head **************** rep had to relay the message to the other service reps who had to say if they were available. So 3 weeks later and the day before my doctor *********** a rep called to let me know ***** could make it to my *********** to adjust my SCS. He said to change the setting to 6 instead of 5 (something I could've done myself) and then said "that should do it". Today my headache is worse so I'm going back to my original setting. I'm right back where I started... 5 yrs with no adjustment to my SCS and a neck that steadily gets more sore over time. Do I have to start this **************** again?

I had a Nevro Corp. spinal cord stimulator put in my back. I was given no aftercare instructions. They communicated with me via text. They saw me once for 15 minutes with a Representative named ********. I asked several questions and she told me "I'm new so I don't know. Without the aftercare instructions of what I could and couldn't do I went back to my regular life 2 weeks later. I was in my pain management doctor's ****** by week 3 in horrible pain. He had to triple my pain meds and my muscle relaxants. I have over 183 texts trying to let this company know I was in serious pain. They kept either not getting back to me or telling me I was using the product incorrectly and to read the book they gave me. They were rude. I ended up overnight in the hospital with a spinal infection and a hematoma. I let them know. They only said "oh my gosh what hospital are you in?" I was given a wand to manipulate the pain level but was told not to change anything without their permission! I received 3 different very angry phone calls from them all blaming me. I had no relief at all but an incredible amount of pain! Who contacts patients that have their product surgically implanted through a text. In the end an extremely rude woman named "******" told me I had control of my implant the whole time but I was never taught how to use it. She told me to turn it off!! I had it inserted April 5th and turned off less then 7 wks later. I was sent an assessment to fill out and congratulating me on how well the product worked for me. This company needs to be closed. I read several lawsuits against them, I also cannot give them a 0 but would love to *** them. I will find a way. I have far to much documentation for them to try to refute. What kind of idiots send a patient that turned off their product a congratulatory assessment for their product they were glad it worked so well for me.Complete incompetence and risking people's lives!!

I can not give Nevro a 0, so 1 it is. I have had 3 MRIs canceled because equipment has failed to be updated, you can never get in touch with the rep, and technical support can't do anything, for the rep needs to fix the issue. Pain has gotten worse and the doctors are waiting on Nevro to do what they are supposed to be doing so I can be helped. Definitely will have this junk removed from my body
