I bought 3 Stitch dolls on 11/18/24 from Greenic.I was charged $39.99 twice a month every month after. The charge went to 2 companies they were affiliated with- Threads For Ladies and Hairstyle.I was not aware of these automatic charges. My bank advised I contact Threads For Ladies so I did on 5/20/25.The customer service *** said when I made the purchase, I clicked a box agreeing to their Terms of Service.Their terms of service include automatic monthly charges to 2 different companies they're affiliated with.She did agree to refund me partial payment. Idk if I can be refunded the full amount. However, this shouldn't be legal and is extremely misleading.I was sent an electronic copy of our conversation via email which I have uploaded for proof I was not aware of this at the time of purchase because it was in fine print of their "their terms of service".Initial Complaint

I ordered a stitch and an otter for my kids. Greenic has tried taking money out of my account multiple times. I have tried contacting and canceling that membership that I never agreed to but theres no where to cancel it. Ive emailed with no response from a person. If this continues Ill have to take out criminal charges. I never agreed for any membership. That is illegal! Im a single mom and I cannot afford for any of my money to be stolen. Filing a complaint for Greenic They are a scam company and will steal peoples credit card information to make additional purchases. I only used my one credit card for this and only time I used that credit card. After that purchase it got compromised. This company should not be in businessInitial Complaint

I ordered two products from this website on February 10, 2025. I chose standard shipping, which was $4.95. My bank account was charged by two different businesses, neither of which were Greenic. It made it into two separate orders and charged me $9.95 for express shipping on each order. I emailed the business to correct the issue or cancel my order and they never responded. There was also a free 10 day trial to Waterfalls rewards that I did not realize. It says after 10 days, I will be charged $37.95. The website said to email ********************* to cancel the membership and that email address does not exist. After doing more research, I saw several videos from other customers stating this was a scam.Initial Complaint

Happened on January 29, 2025. I tried to make an order. I put all my information in and as soon as I hit place order my bank messaged me about fraud. The company tried to charge my account about $19 3 times and not from their original website. Now my card is locked and I have to go through all my bills to see what is going to attempt to charge that card and change to something else.Initial Complaint

Total scam. This business was one I found through a ******** Ad. I purchased 4 Sleep Buddies, and added a 5th when the upsell of another for less money was offered. They neglect to tell you that each order is separate, and only disclose this information in their Terms of Service. Theyve also charged me 4 separate times for $.50, stating things like pos denial nsf fee whatever that even means. These charges have come from sites/companies like ***************** flxg bontanicbeaut ********************* flxg *************************** pureskincareco-.com. Obviously fake c*** sites, and Ill never recoup this money, but this is happening to HOW many people? $.50 going unnoticed by a bunch of people will be a whole lot of money. Today I saw a pending charge on 1/3/2025 which I did not make, nor agree to. Upon some other investigation of my own, this seems to be a membership that I absolutely never agreed to. They added this Waterfalls VIP thing to my receipt AFTER I ordered the sleep buddies. Who would want a membership for whatever services they are claiming to offer, when you simply made a one time purchase of some stuffed animals for Christmas?? Psh. Anyway, the buddies were supposed to be MUCH higher quality than what I received. Anyway, Ive canceled and replaced my debit card, hopefully this helps others not get scammed. I was trying to buy the anti-anxiety Stitch ***** for my daughter's birthday. I purchased two, and then on the receipt page, it divided the purchase into two, charging two shipping fees. They also added a "waterfalls VIP" item, which isn't even advertised on the website. When I tried looking for the ad on ******** that took me to the Hi Greenic site, it was nowhere to be found. There were, however, multiple posts claiming Hi Greenic is a scam website, warning others not to buy. Upon looking them up, multiple scam checker sites confirmed they scammed others, and then, of course, you see all the negative reviews on this website.This company fraudulently charged my account multiple times using a different company name. Thankfully, my bank caught the following charges. However, I need the original order refunded. When emailing Hi Greenic support, there is no response. Now I have to wait for my debit card to be mailed to me, causing massive inconvenience for myself and my family. I have attempted to contact *******, which is associated with this seller, to no avail, as I do not have an account to make the report. I purchased 2 items from them on December 12th 2024. The amount they told me would be charged was approximately $29.00 I do not recall the exact amount, they charged and authorized $34.63. I didn't think anything of it just thought maybe shipping made it a few dollars more. I received an email confirmation with Order #WG92223 and tracking yt2434921403058918. I still have not received the items and the tracking changes everytime I check it. Sometimes it says processing order other times it says arrived at shipping facility in ******* wa. My bank sent me a security request today because this company tried to charge my account several times today for $39.98. I advised ***** fargo the charges were not recognized and my card was closed and the charges were declined. I then sent them an email asking about where my order was and why they are attempting to charged my card again. An automatic email was sent in response asking for alternate email addresses, the first 6 and last 4 of my card number and address. I want the product I purchased, but also this seems fraudulent. And need help. I will not provide them with my account and anymore personal information.
