      Extremely Disappointing Experience Proceed with Caution Ive had a consistently negative experience with this company over my last six orders placed through ******** auctions. Three of those orders were fully paid upfront, but after more than a month of delays and repeated inquiries, I was informed the products were out of stock. The orders were eventually canceled, but my funds were held the entire time with no proactive communication from their side.The next three orders were placed through their so-called closed bid system, which requires you to bid a percentage of the retail value for expired ******** products. At the time of bidding, no shipping costs are disclosed. A week later, youre notified that you wonand then hit with shipping charges that are almost double standard market rates. These charges are non-negotiable, and the full amountincluding inflated shippingis due **************** is said to take 24 weeks. After 3 weeks, I was notified that each order was significantly shorted, with most of the quality items missing. The only things shipped were the least desirable expired products. They sent partial credits for the missing items but still charged full shipping based on the original pallet ******** one case, I attempted to cancel the order after learning of the shortage. A representative persuaded me to proceed with the order if I agreed to handle the pickup myself. I accepted, and it still took nearly two weeks to schedule a pickup appointment. Even after picking up the goods myself, I was told it would take a month to receive a refund for the shipping charges. As of now, Im still waiting on that refund as well as credits for the missing *********** summary, be extremely cautious when dealing with this companyespecially with their private ******** auctions. I would strongly advise against wiring them funds in advance, as they may hold your money for extended periods before issuing any refund.

      As a long time Bstock buyer/wholesaler I am truly disappointed in the Bstock Direct side of this company. Not only is their team rude and non transparent they use ************* tactics making it difficult for businesses to partner with Bstock Direct. We applied for their net terms offered and their team tried to basically misguide us on the whole process. They were non responsive sometimes it seemed intentionally. They were very non transparent almost as if they are gatekeeping the contracts available. I called numerous times only to be given the run around. Avoid at all costs.

Because these contracts involve ongoing commitments with specific volume, cadence, and terms, we do take care to vet buyers thoroughly to ensure they're a good fitboth for their benefit and the seller's.Our goal is to help buyers succeed, which is why we often encourage starting with test lots through auction inventory. This gives buyers a chance to get familiar with the product type and scale before entering a longer-term arrangement.That said, we're sorry if the communication felt unclear or frustrating.       The customer service at ************************ has been truly excellent. While there were some major communication issues with my email address initially, we were able to resolve things over the phone, which I really appreciated. ****** and ***** have both been incredibly helpful, professional, and kind throughout the process.Recently, Ive had a couple of uncommon disputes, and I was impressed by how honestly and fairly they were handled. Ive unfortunately come across some sellers on the platform that didnt seem very trustworthybut I want to be clear, thats not a reflection of B-Stock ********* only suggestion would be to more closely monitor sellers with consistently poor reviews and take appropriate action where needed. It would also be a great improvement to have a feature that allows direct messaging on or off the platform to streamline communication.Overall, Im grateful for the support and look forward to continuing to use B-stock!

      I purchased from Costcos B stock two pallets of A/B inventory. When I received it more than half of the inventory was broken or damaged. I reached out to B stock to submit a dispute. They told me there was nothing we could do for me.

      I joined B Stock thinking it would be a smart way to get into liquidation buying but the experience has been frustrating. The lot I won looked find in the listing but what I received was completely different. Most of the items were broken or missing parts. There was no clear support to fix the issue and it felt like they just ignored my concerns. I tried reaching out a few times but never got proper help. I do not feel like this a trustworthy place for small resellers or beginners like me.

      I am leaving a five star review because B-STOCK performed as represented. I had an issue of concern and they answered the phone on the second ring and I got to talk to a real person who wanted to help me. The shipping was very fast, a week from auction close from 1/2 way across the country. What I received was identical to the manifest,Here is where B-STOCK and its sellers get into trouble. When I say trouble I am talking about violating the consumer protection laws of almost every state (B STOCK wants customers to believe they have no responsibility for the quality of goods they auction off, sorry, you are liable for lots of things and will be named and have been named in litigation).The sellers overstate the retail value of the goods they sell to make buyers think they are getting a great deal. Legally they can only claim a retail price if the merchandise has been sold at that price during the proceeding 90 days. The merchandise here with some exceptions has gone unsold at retail for much longer. If it would sell at retail it would have been sold and not be in a liquidation auction. So, to be legal the seller should say we tried to sell it at $X retail and couldnt do it. The price you are able to sell manifested goods at is more likely half or less of retail, or, something to that effect. You are not going to be able to sell it at the price we quote as retail. That price is for information only. BStock has lawyers let them figure it out.I will do business with them again. They are upfront with ALMOST everything.

      They sent me things from ****** that are not up to date, everything is old things that cannot be sold and the makeups are not worth it. They only sent face masks and many packets of cotton swabs and two small pallets of eyes shadow that in the stores are worth $3 dollars and that's all, nothing is good, don't waste your money, I pay about $1,200 of stuff and I dont even think Im getting 10% back in what I got, I wont be buying from them ever again..
