      I purchased two lots on B-stock, but both had serious issues. I have been providing evidence and requesting a refund for a long time, but I have received almost no replies. On rare occasions when they do respond, the answers are vague and unhelpful. Their handling of the situation is extremely sloppy. Despite the significant damage Ive suffered, they have not responded properly, and I have received no refund at all. Its infuriating.If they do not issue a refund, this is completely fraudulent REMOVEDhas already been over two months with the same situation, and it feels like B-stock has no intention of resolving the REMOVEDcase was on September 2, 2025, when I purchased a lot of 20 Apple Watch REMOVEDWatch Series 8 units for $1,430. Two of the items turned out to be different models, resulting in a loss of around $110.The other case was on September 18, 2025, when I purchased a lot of 31 Apple Watch SE2 units for $1,760. More than 20 of those units had extremely serious issues: Some had devastating scratches on the screen Some would not power on Some could not be unpaired from the previous owner, making them completely unsellable (and some even revealed part of the previous owners personal information) Some became dangerously hot when charging and could not be used at all It was truly terrible.Additionally, although the whole lot could have easily fit into a single shipping box, for some reason they split it into 12 boxes. As a result, the shipping cost became more than seven times higher than it should have been. Considering shipping and customs fees, the total damage exceeds $2,000. If I include the time lost, its even more.

      Order SUP378508 Bstock does not communicate with anyone. If you have an order no one answers their phone calls, no one answers email. I just need someone to communicate with me or did the company go out of business?

      I won an auction on Sept. 30th and submitted ACH payment through their website. I sent proof of the payment submission and they still cancelled the order. The lot was re-listed and I again had the top bid. I initiated another ACH payment throught their website, which was never credited to my order, so I wired the money. They didn't credit my order and even threatened to cancle the order again after I sent proof of the wire to the finance REMOVEDI've spent hours on the phone trying to get refunded for the order, which I asked to be cancelled because of the trauma caused. Even the customer service supervisor agrred that it was ridiculous. Now I received an email from risk management that my account is blocked. What a horrible way to do business - blocking a customer's account because of your own incompetency, after I've spent nearly a half million dollars buying product. How REMOVED!

      On 8/3/25, I purchased a pair of Birkenstock sandals from a clearance sale in B-Stock. I received a confirmation email but the tracking link in it was to an expired or invalid URL. Its been 5 weeks and I have not received the item I purchased. I contacted B-Stock customer support by email but they have been ineffectual.

      Bought some flooring of these people and they sent me the wrong color as well it was damaged and completely wrong brand

      We place an order for 2 pallets of merchandise through the B stock platform on June 16th 2025, 1 pallet was delivered on 6/24/2025 by the carrier of their choosing facilitated by B stock. As of July 22nd we have still not received a refund for the missing items and are still being told they need additional time to look into the matter. As a small business we do not have excess capital to be held up in their lack of support. This pallet has been missing for a month now and is clearly lost. This is disappointing as this is the first dispute we have had with the company and so far it is not being upheld per the documentation provided.

      On March 24, 2025, I purchased 94 REMOVEDfilters from B-Stock Solutions, Inc. via auction for $2,297.56. The filters were advertised as automotive with a manifest showing inflated REMOVEDretail prices. These filters are for heavy equipment and cannot be resold as represented. I purchased them for resale and have received no interest or sales on REMOVEDdue to this misrepresentation.B-Stocks advertising was misleading, violating basic consumer protections. The listing created a false impression of retail value and applicability. On May 9, 2025, I wrote the company a detailed letter demanding a refund. I also reviewed past BBB complaints and found a pattern of denials of just complaints. They have a two-star rating on Trustpilot, 25% favorable and 65% unfavorable. This would put them in the scam category.I have also researched after the fact and found that these liquidation companies often sell consumers worthless goods.I demand a full refund of $2,297.56. If this issue is not resolved, I intend to file a complaint in court. I am willing to make arrangements to return the filters at their expense.

      I ordered a pallet of pressure washers in A/B condition from REMOVEDon Friday 5/2. I understand that A/B condition may have some items missing pieces and also some broken items. Over 60% of the items we received were visibly broken-and the items have no chance of being repaired and need to go straight to the dump. I paid to have them ship items leaking oil, wheels broken off, motor mounts broken, just complete garbage packaged up and sent to me. Having 60% garage in an A/B pallet is ridiculous and i will fight this in court. I know there is no stipulation on the percentage of destroyed products that you will receive, but over 60% is unreasonable and a scam. And I feel most courts would see it this way as well. DO NOT order from this company unless you want to risk flushing your money down the toilet.After sending photos, and information to Bstock they have denied my claim that this was a reasonable A/B pallet from REMOVED. This is the biggest scam I have encountered on the internet. STAY AWAY.
