    after I received enough points to earn a reward the website will not allow me to sign in. it says it will send me a code but the code is never sent. it quit sending me surveys to do and so I was going to log in and see what was going on with my points or whatever and it will not let me log in

    PLEASE NOTE: Below, I HAVE COPIED THE TEXT FOR THE SAME COMPLAINT from another complainer. My total amount of point was over ****** which has taken me 8 months to earn. Now locked out of my account with no way to redeem points for my earned points as website states. Attached is a pdf file of 2 consecutive login screens of which no code is emailed to me to access my account, I signed up for YouGov in part to contribute opinions on issues, and also in part for the rewards points YouGov offers. Over the past several months, I've filled out enough surveys that I had, at last I checked, nearly enough points to redeem for a $50 gift card.I noticed one day that I hadn't been receiving any surveys, and I logged into my account to see a message stating that there was something wrong with my account and that I should contact support. I was completely unable to access any other part of the system, including to redeem the points I'd already earned. When I attempt to sign in on other devices, the sign in process requires a code to be sent to my email address, and I never receive any codes, so I cannot sign in anywhere ******* the message suggested, I contacted YouGov support, from which I received a message stating that they would get to my message as soon as possible, but after a week I hadn't received any reply to indicate that anybody had even taken a look at my ticket. I replied to see if things just got lost in the shuffle and then waited two more weeks, still with no reply.Based on my experience alongside the other feedback here, my suspicion is that YouGov locks accounts before they can accumulate a large enough credit to redeem any sizable gift cards in order to minimize the amount that they actually have to pay out for these surveys, and then never respond to the support requests, but obviously that's just a theory.Thank You,*******

    Did surveys with them and received enough points to cash out a $25 gift card.this was in May 2025usually takes up to 2 weeks to recover and still have no recover it 2 months latersent 5 messages to their customer service team asking for this to rectified and they have not replied once.need them to honor their customer agreement

    I stopped receiving emails from YouGov after taking them for over a year and getting close to my targeted number of completions (****** credits I believe)I went online and tried to sign in and was told my account/email did not exist.

    I have over $50 on you **** I stopped receiving a code. But I did receive an email saying verify my ID. So I did and verification failed. Get another email saying try again so I did but it would not let me retake pictures! Now I can't even go through the link. I even purposely got a new id card just for this issue! I want my money and I want yougov to step up and start answering people! And I want my money and my account back asap!

    I have not been contacted! This is a lie from the company! I want my $50 owed to me and my account back. I have already provided id proof along with my actual photo of myself. In which it couldn't be verified. I tried again through the link that they sent try again. But it wouldn't let me redo the images! I even got a new updated ID and still unable to submit! I want contact by yougov with prompt answer back! And if you can't give me my account back I want ********************** to end me my $50! Ive been a committed and loyal user of their site for many years! There's no reason they should be ignoring messages or not allowing me access! This needs to be fixed immediately! If possible I want yougov to allow me to send my ID and photo through email!

    I have been a member of YouGov for over 10 years. I take surveys for points that are converted into money or gift cards. I have also given them full access to all my subscriptions and Amazon accounts. Now I can't get into my account. Instead of allowing members to create their own passwords, they insist on having you type in your email and they'll send you a code. This code never comes and ppl are complaining about this all over the internet. I have written them 7 times over the past 3 weeks and either receive no reply, or receive an automated response that someone will look into it. Nobody ever looks into it or writes back. There are several phone numbers on file for YouGov to call with any issues or complaints. I've called three of them and all three are disconnected. YouGov used to be such a great site with great customer service who handled any issues quickly. I don't know what's happened over the years but nobody responds to you anymore, ppl can't get into their accounts, they won't change this code method that nobody receives and there's no actual people to deal with all these problems, just automated responses... which means messages are going to the right place, there's just no actual people there that read them. I just want to get into my account.

    On ***** I redeemed points for a $50.00 bank deposit to my account which was to take 5-7 days. I has been a month. I have submitted a request twice with no response from them. I think they are stealing my money. From reading other complaints I see I am not ********* have successfully redeemed your points for $50.We are processing your request, and we will transfer the money to the account details you provided within 7 business days.

    I have been taking surveys from them for a while and have been trying to get into my account for the past few months but I can't access it at all.They tell you that they will send you a code to access your account but they never actually send the ******* you can never get into your account to see your points,Cash out,or do anything associated with your account.If you try writing them,you get no response either.I was never kicked out or told anything and I stopped receiving ********** says to write them if this happens but you cannot access your account to write them and if you try to write them outside,you get no response.I want access to my account and not be told to wait for a code that they never send out..and yes,it is not in my spam folder,so they never send any codes at all and that means no access to your ********** is not set up the normal way with a user name and password..so they can keep you from your account by not sending that code!!Please help me get this solved so I can access my account.This has been going on since earlier this year!!

    I have been a member of YouGov for several years with no problems. I have cashed in several gift cards in the past. However, I have not received a survey in about 6 months now. I have approximately $70 in the account. I have not been able to access my account because in order to do so they either have to send you a survey or a code. I emailed them several times for a code since I haven't gotten any surveys, a code has never been sent. I guess I'm wonder why I stopped getting surveys and I would also be able to access my account.
