    I have had 1 completed appintment before with this provider and that's all , i decided not to schedule a 2nd appoint . however, This provider scheduled a 2nd appointment without my concent. I didnt confirm this appointment. I got a notification 24 hours before the appointment in which i tried to cancel but got a text message saying "the grave period is already over" ,This is unacceptable, its unethical to schedule an appointment for a patient without their consent/ knowledge and then charge them for it. i have contacted HelloKlarity team and they refused to refund . they mentioned that "i logged to the website multiple time so i should have noticed the scheduled appointment" . i only logged to the website cause the provider didn't prescribe the mediation on time so i was trying to check on the status of it , i didn't see or notice any scheduled appointment . please help get a refund and i want the provider to never schedule an appointment without my consent again.

    Providers who use Klarity Healths tools and services administer a private practice. Please note that providers do have sole discretion as to their practice requirements and practice management, including scheduling follow up visits as part of your treatment plan. If you have a specific request about the frequency of your appointments, feel free to inquire with the provider if they can accommodate it. If an appointment is booked ahead of time, the system sends multiple reminders to ensure patient awareness and to give ample time to cancel or reschedule. We have already refunded your most recent service of $59. While Klarity Health does not oversee medical providers private practice and operations, your feedback is recorded and used to create continuous improvements to Klarity Healths tools, administrative services, and policies.
