              This "bank" provides the worst customer service I have ever received from a financial institution and it isn't close. I was assigned an Account Manager that missed our virtual introduction meeting. I left him a voicemail and sent him a text while waiting in the meeting. That was two weeks ago and I still haven't heard from him.
