  They are discriminating by not allowing *************** They're frequently asked questions is outdated and loose information. They're asking for information and verify that doesn't exist. No fast verification option for Green *** only large Banks like ***** Fargo. Holding my funds and won't give them to me even though they said they would. Taking a large percentage of the profits. Chat buttons don't work on mobile. Neglecting their it department. Discriminating against the poor. No ******* money card support.

  The customer service at ********************** cost me my donation. I told them numerous times to resort to organizer and they refused. They would not allow me to setup my Bank account information also my account was compromised and they still issued refund so now the family has 0 travel funds, living expenses GoFundMe is an absolute disgrace

  My brother passed away in the beginning of February 2023, his manager wanted to do a GoFundMe for my brother because she said a lot of people would want to contribute, because he helped and touched a lot of *************" I said. Great gesture, right? But here we are months later and 30 something emails later back and forth with GoFundMe, over the past 2 1/2 months about the fact I have not received anything from the manger or GoFundMe. I filed a Beneficiary Claim with GoFundMe mid April, submitting all info they asked for, including the text messages between, myself and the manager in reference to the funds. I have still received nothing.

  Started a GoFundMe for a friend who lost her husband. Tried to transfer the funds to her but all they want is her bday and social security number. She just lost her husband and doesn't need to deal with scammers. All they should be asking is where they should transfer the money to.

  I started a gofundme for my mother's cousin who has cancer and needs the money for her chemo's. I verified all the information on the account and everything is correct. I keep getting messages after messages saying I still need to confirm the information I do almost every single day. I had ***** dollars raised for her chemo from strangers and they are on hold just because they could not verify what connections they had towards me. I thought it was for anyone and everyone to share the links and donate how much they want. It is unbelievable because anyone should be able to share with anyone who has a heart and this is so unfair and this company is so unreliable they should be able to answer and fix the problems fast. If the person who needs this money for her chemo ends up dying I am 100% going to blame them because this is supposed to be a charity that helps not limit and take away. I need this fixed immediately and I need the money for her to be well.

  A friend of mine started a gofundme fundraiser for the sudden passing of my son. I ok'd with her and given her the permission to do so. I filled in all the information needed verified and checked!Once done I shared it on fb and someone had reported this as a scam or fake! Does it take one miserable and bitter person to report a fundraiser as fake and you take thier word for it?As it was going I could of met the goal set by my friend. I requested to have it reinstated and it was approved, but it still kept showing as deleted. By this time we already said good bye to my son and if it were to be reinstated, then it would be to late.I'm disappointed with gofundme on how they handled this and myself being a first time user to this I believe the goal would of easily been met if they would of looked into this more and not take someone's word for it and cancel the fundraiser. This was a horrible experience by gofundme to do this.

  Hello, on February 4, 2023 I set up an account on GoFundMe to help my sister who is fighting lung cancer stage 4. The only thing we need is money to cover the cost of a nurse at home. Our goal was $3,000 dollars The other expenses are covered by the insurance. Well, everything went well at the begining, actually I was able to withdraw most of the money collected in a week from friends and family and a couple of people that I don't know. Well, a week after, GoFundMe decided to put my account on hold, making imposible to make donations. GFM sent me emails asking for the "nature or my donors" asking about some people names who made donation and if I know them, requesting screenshot about my sharing on social media. What kind of questions are those!!?? Obviously fundraiser will get money from knowing people!! That is the point of a Fundraiser.And now I'm waiting and they haven't resolve anything. My sister is dying and we just need a little money to give her some well care. This company has not empathy. **************** is BS, and sorry about my language, but beside the pain I feel about my sister condition, I have to deal with this awful company.

  My husband's brother died recently. A go fund me account was set up to help pay for his funeral expenses. My husband contributed to the fund.Only to find out that account was bogus,some opportunist was able to get the money and close the account by the time my husband found out.He contacted the fraud department at his bank and he also contacted go fund me.We recieved a response today from go fund me stating that they have closed the case and no refund will be issued. This is unacceptable, not only is he grieving the loss of his brother he has to fight to get the money back that was never recieved by the intended recipient.I will NEVER recccommend go fund me to anyone.I find it odd that this organization does not have a customer phone number to speak to anyone.

  On December 17, lost my father and drove all the way from *********,** to ******* ******** for the funeral. On Christmas Day my mother was rush by ********* and has been in the hospital since. So my sister started a gofund me page to help me get back home to with my mother. She created this account on December 27,2022. We have not yet gotten anything deposit from the donations that was collected. I have email multiple times asking to talk to someone and no has try calling me back. Please help.
