Return & Refund Policy

Here at AK, we want you to be excited with your purchase. In those cases where you need to return or replace an item, we're standing by to help!

Returns & Exchanges

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return/exchange.
To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn/unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return/exchange, please send an email to [email protected] with your name, contact information, and order number, and details to your request.  Once reviewed and approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note, items sent back to us without a return request and approval will not be accepted. Please contact us directly via chat or [email protected] to help guide you through the  return/exchange process or for additional questions. 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We operate under a customer centric model that has a flexible but mindful return/exchange process. Due to the nature of our business there are some items, however, that are ineligible for return due to health and hygiene considerations, specifically for used personal care goods (beauty products) and gift cards. We will do our best to resolve your issue while maintaining proper health and hygienic safety for all of our customers. 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at [email protected] and provide your name, contact information, order number, and details to related to your request. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and correct the issue. 

Refunds

Once approved, refunds are initiated immediately. If you canceled an order and you were billed for it, we will initiate your refund immediately upon receipt of your cancellation request. We do not reimburse shipping fees  for the original order. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
