              We hired this company to move us across the street. They broke the shutters in the home we sold and dropped my refrigerator twice. Upon contacting them they advised that they don't cover any damages ever. The tell the credit card company to release funds as they will file with Ins. tell the Ins Co that they will handle outside of ins. then tell you nothing is covered not even under the state required minimum Ins. They present an illegal form according to the BHGS upon arrival that you are required to sign, or they won't move you and if you do buy additional ins, nothing is still covered if they break it. Then tell you they will counter sue in small claims and "Happily take an additional $5000" if we do sue for the repairs. They hid under several DBA's and have false numbers for the state on their web site. Per the state they are not allowed to charge different for cash or credit or had the additional attached form presented. Then have them sell you Ins that covers nothing.

              They sent some of the most professional hard working movers we have ever seen and couldn't be more grateful. We were packed and moved from Redlands to Lake Arrowhead with no damage and very little stress.
