    Greek movers moved me to Wellington, ****** from ******, *****. I payed an additional $550 for the maximum insurance policy. Our refrigerator doors were damaged and ruined beyond repair in transit. They do not make replacement doors anymore. I must purchase a new refrigerator. The top of leather seating bench was punctured in a couple of places. A Milwaukee 18 volt impact driver was completely missing after workers used it. A large-7 foot long- oval antique granite table top completely went missing. This table was from my grandparents!! Heartbreaking. I have repeatedly asked for a claim of $4500- which I feel is quite reasonable and undervalued. I called and texted every day and every week for 5 months and Greek Movers refused to answer calls or emails, text back, or reply to voicemails. Then, I switched to my husband's phone. They answered the first call on his phone and then ghosted me on that number also. I have been calling, emailing, texting, and leaving voicemails since October 10- and still no response. I have sent at least 30 messages- probably more. I just want the insurance money of $4500- through the policy I paid for. See attachements.

    We hired Greek Movers for a move in September. They broke the power cord right out of our Peloton Treadmill and the mover casually mentioned it to us, stating he Googled it and it should be $50-$100 to fix. Obviously we werent going to take his word for it. They also scratched 2 other pieces of furniture, dented our fridge and left about 3 large pieces of furniture shrink wrapped with moving blankets still attached to them we declined to even bring that up because the movers were nice and we were most concerned about the Peloton issue. The office asked for a picture of damage (hello, its internally damaged) and said they would submit a claim form to us almost a month ago. They stopped answering my husbands calls and texts. I called from my number and the girl in the office was snarky about how the owner is hit and miss to get ahold of (what an awful and unprofessional way to portray the owner of your company to a client) and just to be honest, youll only get about $90 from this insurance claim. I dont know how many times she presumptuously said the phrase Ill be honest with you but it was ridiculous. She asked if we purchased additional insurance coverage. I just checked with my husband and he stated it was never even offered. At this point we plan to escalate this further after being ran around so much by this company. Do not hire if you care about your stuff staying nice. I suggest the Greek Movers contact us and get proactive about the situation before we do!

    We have been trying to contact *********************** regarding some broken items during our move on Aug 18th. We have been unsuccessful by phone. and unsuccessful by mail. On Aug 28th we sent a CERTIFIED MAIL to Greek Movers at *******************************************************************, which was on our contract. The letter was returned to us on 9-5-23 stating that (this is not Greek Movers address!) Never was! We called their phone no. ************** and a person by the name of ***** said that it was their address. After the move, we found several broken items. Four furniture pieces were broken. While one cabinet was being wrapped, we mentioned it had delicate legs and they needed to flip it on its top end to prevent breakage. This was done but when it was moved on to the truck, it was flipped back over breaking a leg. Our Lazy Boy loveseat recliner right side arm was broken most likely because it was moved on end using a dolly. This couch is very heavy and the arm probably broke under the heavy weight. The photo below shows the crushed arm. Its a leather ********************* Reclining Loveseat with Console with Power, style number U49521. The last item broken, our TV was also not repairable. Attached is a picture of the broken TV. It was a ******* 43 smart tv purchased from Walmart.We would like to speak with you to discuss reimbursement for these broken items. This is the email we send on 9/8/2023 to *********************************** without the pictures. We have not had a response from Greek Movers or *********************** (the person we made the contract with us).We are asking $700 for all the broken items.

    I paid Greek Movers and Junk Removal LLC to pack our household possessions and move them from Redlands, CA to ************ on June 21st 2023. I paid extra for insurance [$250 Actual Cash Value (Deductible $500) Coverage Amount: $5000/lb]. Packing was done poorly and the company failed to bring the appropriate packing materials. Many items were damaged totaling approximately $2,000 in losses. While being very responsive prior to, and during the move, they have cut off all communication and will not respond to emails, text messages, or phone calls. I can't even file an insurance claim with them.

    Showed up 3 hours late and had the nerve to charge by the hour and full price.

    When I brought my concerns to the boss he was combative and threatened to have the movers leave. He also demanded pay upfront with no discount.
    I had no choice but to agree to his terms due to the hot day and late notice. Smh

    Only hauled half our belongings so I had to rent a U-Haul to finish the job.

    The movers where efficient enough, but had help with my two sons. (That's why I gave one star)
    Idk who is in charge now but 2 years ago they were better, way better. They moved my household within 4 hours and that was from Beaumont to Lake Elsinore and I paid after the work was done. Versus this move which was only a 20 min drive from our old home to the new.

    This company has failed to complete the simple task of moving items to the appropriate places marked on the boxes "kitchen" was left in the "garage" and vice-versa. They all speak, write and read English but could not follow simple instructions. My husband and I have had to move and remove items from our entire house, taking us hours of physical labor. Additionally, the owner, Peter, is aware they did not properly pack the truck and caused damage to our refrigerators to the point one must be completely replaced and the other requires a new door. There was no warning of their inability to complete their tasks correctly. Even after bringing up this issue immediately, Peter admitted he's hired incompetent employees who do not care, but once he was paid there has been no communication from him on a resolution. This is why I am filing this complaint and I hope to have a resolution soon.

    We hired this company for a 3 hour move on 4/24/23. Because one of the items to move was a pool table, we paid for 4 people, however, only 3 were there for the first hour and they did not adjust the price accordingly. The total came to $847 and we paid them $860 in cash, and gave each of the movers a $20 tip. After leaving we noticed that they damaged the brand new LVC flooring at the top of the stairs significantly. We reached out to Peter to let him know and he was initially responsive and said he would try to find something to repair it but he did not follow through and has stopped responding. The piece of flooring will have to be replaced completely due to the deep gouge left by the movers. We would like a refund of the cost of the 4th mover for that hour he was not there, the difference in the original amount due and payment, and payment for the cost of repairs

    We where charge $400 more than expected seems the employees who where working that day charged us more money than the invoice said and what was quoted. $1200 cash because that’s what we were told the 600 Zelle

    I hired Greek movers on January 13, 2023. To move my belongings. When I arrived to my new home I found pieces of furniture BROKEN, detached, and MISSING! My daughter bed from cost more than $300 and various parts are missing! The owner ****** ******** won’t pick up my calls. The movers that were sent Jacob and Julian were smoking in my home and while moving my things. I’m a single mother and this company is definitely taking advantage that it is just me a woman, and my daughters. I just want the parts of my bed frame back and I have been calling for days with still no answer. This service is not cheap i payed $600 for 3 hours. I will never hire Greek movers again and I hope this business shuts down. All I’m asking for is to have them return MY OWN BELONGINGS back to me. Awful service I feel very much scammed. I want to but the missing screws and parts of my bed frame but I cannot afford it. I’ve already payed $600 for this move that I was definitely over charged for.

    On approx. 12/7/22, we hired this company to move us from old house to new. As referred to us by our realtor. They promised to wrap all furniture and deliver our furniture in one truck as they stated, only one truck was necessary. They didn't deliver all our belongings and left half a,garage behind. Our furniture arrived very scratched and damaged. Our armoire was missing along with other boxes and items belonging to my 26yr old grandson. Our attempts to contact owner failed due to his voicemail"full" each time we tried. To date. The owners name is ***** ******..we paid this company approximately $1,800.00 for the job since we bubble wrapped and boxed everything ourselves. The movers were Late to move us and made many appt. Changes, as well as time changes, after we told them the final date we could move because of escrow. They made a stop before delivery of our furniture and belongings to our new home, which looked suspicious to us. As we followed on the fwy by minutes. We are asking for damage costs and the Amoure that was Never delivered. I wonder how many other Seniir citizens this company has done this to. I will never refer this company to anyone, they're not trustworthy nor honest whatsoever.
