      Took my **** - **** F100 Custom TRUCK to RCAR Redlands Complete Auto Repair shop located at **** W. Redlands Blvd, Ste. L, Redlands CA, phone ************, and handed the truck over to *****************, Shop Manager, and discussed in detail the project work to be completed to fully restore my **** F-100. **** repeatedly reassured me that he had a lot of experience restoring classic cars and could handle this job "no-problem". An extensive INVOICE ARD #******** was created & monies exchanged for deposit. After many months/ years of attempting to communicate with ****, I realized that NOTHING that **** had been telling me was the truth, and he has been feeding me lies & excuses about the state of the project, & at times, would not return my emails or phone calls. I spent $7012.00 as partial payment, and the truck sat, untouched for 2 years, while **** continued to paint colorful stories of the state of the truck and status of the project. I repeatedly asked (via emails that remain unanswered) for updates and pictures that would show progress. I picked the truck up today, exactly x2 years later, and see that the truck is in the SAME unrepaired state as it was when I dropped it off in 2021, and now, **** tells me that they (former owner) agree to refund ALL monies paid, however the shop has changed ownership and I will have to reach out to the old owner: ********************* to ask for a full refund! **** gave me the email address: ****************************************************** #:************ of the previous owner, and says I need to correspond to *********************, & request a refund. Additionally, **** showed me a storage garage with multiple vehicles/ unfinished projects, that the shop has taken on that are in the same sad situation: Promises, with no intention to do the work. And, when requested to speak to the owner, **** refused to give me the name / contact information of the current RCAR owner. I just want a FULL refund, and to put the shop on notice so others don't get scammed!

      Date of the Transaction: May 2023 The amount of Money Paid: 500.00, with a balance of $1480 Business committed to provide: Remove and Replace the Engine Wiring Harness. Nature of dispute: RCAR has had the car since May 9, 2023, File a report with the Redlands Police Department 07/25/2023 to collect the vehicle. We have yet to receive the vehicle and continues to make excuses. A service that should have taken 1-2 days turned into 2+ months with ****, RCAR Rep. continuously: • Ignoring my parents calls and ignoring emails. • Lying about the progress of my car • Lying about when car would be ready • Excuse after excuse why the car was not ready Business has not tried to resolve the problem, lack of communication and no date of when the car will be return. Upon further Research Online: There are three court cases showing in San Bernardino Superior court with Tenfold Ventures International. CASE ************ Personal Injury Pending on 6/2/2023 judgement signed by court. CASE *********** Small Claims Judgement Entered CASE SMCFS1802112 Small Claims Disposed They have a valid license as 289228. However, the Attorney General is revoking their license effective this month 8/25/2023, see attached document. Attorney General Case No. *********2 OAH No. *********7 STIPULATED REVOCATION OF LICENSE AND ORDER I have included two Documents showing the LLC and them terminating the LLC. Looks like they did this right after the AG’s judgement. See pdf B1774-8592 for termination, pdf ********-1 for the auto shop under the LLC. Your prompt attention is much appreciated, my parents are in their 60s and this person has been taking advantage of their vulnerability and the fact that they don't speak English. Thank you!       3-ALSO THIS ISSUE WAS CAUSE BY ACCINDENT THAT MR ******* HADE AND DAMAGE THE WIRING HARNESS AND HE IS AWARE OF THEY DID COINTACT THE INSURANCE ABOUT IT 

      4-ALSO THEY BOTH HAVE ASK RCAR MULTIPLE TIMES TO MAKE IT  LOOK LIKE A TOTAL LOST SO THEY CAN COLLECT MONEY FOR IT AND HAVE THE INSUARANCE PAY FOR IT ,SOMETHIGN THAT WE DIDN NOT AGREE TO BE PART OF IT 

      5-WE HAVE INSTALL THE PARTS BUT AS OF TODAY 08.10.2023 WE WILL REMOVE THE PARTS INSTALL SO THEY CAN TAKE THE VEHICEL ELSEWHERE WE WILL REFUND THE 500 DOLLAR AND MOVE ON RCAR DON NOT WAN TO BE PART OF THIS MATTER ANYMORE (WE DON NOT HAVE ANYTHINGPEROSNAL AGAINST THEM) RCAR THICKS IS BETTER FOR BOTH PARTS

       I am rejecting this response because: One of my parents will be picking up the car either Tuesday or Wednesday when they are off from work. Legally in the state of California either husband and wife can engage in such transaction.  **** doesn’t determine who picks up the car. Furthermore, my dad’s name is in the invoice, but my mom signed and was the one that gave **** the $500. Please confirm RCAR will be given the car to either of my parents when they pick it up. Thank you!

      On 7/3/2023. I took my Honda Civic 2017 to the shop since my a/c was blowing hot air. After waiting for diagnosis, **** told me the condenser was clogged and recommended replacing it. He gave me in writing the cost of the condenser and labor, as well the cost of recharging the a/c. A/C Condenser80100-TBA-A02Qty1.00 Sale 193.09 VIIV Tr Ext Labor Description 193.09 CONDENSER - Remove & Replace - [Includes: R&I Ext 299.00 Front Bumper Assembly.] - [DOES NOT include Air Conditioning System recover, evacuate and/or recharge.] n/C Diagnose air conditioning system Symptoms: Air conditioning is not cooling properly AC FREON RECOVER 0.10OZ CONDENSER LEAKING REC TOR REPLACE CONDENSER AND RECHARGE FREON A/C REFRIGERANT - Recover - [NOTE: This operation 499.0C is not to be used with any other operation(s).] AC SERVICE COMPLETE 1234YF 16 OZ REC Fluid Capacity: Air Cond Refrigerant - Volume: 0.94 LBS. (0.4KG) - HFO-1234yf ****, told me it was going to take about 40 mins. When I came back my car was outside and ready. Went inside and paid a total of $1007.50, including taxes. I drove the car home. A/C worked fine. When I got home I looked under the hood. There was no sign of any work done in the condenser. No sign of them removing the front bumper. The condenser has a red mark that indicated me that it was not replaced. I called ****. He said he only changed the”inner parts”. I called today 7/5. I am asking for a refund for the condenser $193.09 and labor & $299.00. As it is evident that work that was specified in writing was not done. **** said he can not give me a refund anymore. He says it was a computer charging error and that he will replace the condenser but it is normally about $300 more, which he mentions will not charge me. However, it is not clear to me that the car needs a condenser. I’m just asking a refund for the part that was not replaced and the labor part was not done. That will be $492.07. **** refuses to refund me that money.
