I test drove, and purchased a vehicle from this dealership on 4/18/23. ******** was *************************, finance guy was ***************************. The sticker on the car windshield was $17,999. I was tradi g in my 2017 ****** camry and asking $13,000 trade in for it. **** came in and said they could give me $11,000, but would INCLUDE the warranty at bo cost to make up for that difference. We clarified, that with the $11,000 for the camry, approximately $4,300 would pay off the camry loan through *********** Auto, and the remainder would be a down to the ******* so I'd be financing approximately $13,000. They also told me the finance company would be GM Bank. They had the paperwork ready to go, and being the trusting human I am, I sat down in *****'s office and began to sign. Again, clarifying that the warranty was included and the $6,000+ would be going toward a down. I should have ready EVERY word of that contract, because what they said and did are completely opposite. I received a welcome letter from Ally Auto Finance 2 weeks later, showing that I owed over $18,000. Caught a bit off guard, I pulled out my paperwork from the dealership. They charged me $18,999 for the car, not the sticker amount I agreed to. Also, the $6,000+ that was supposed to go toward the down paid for a premium warranty, gap coverage, and all other fees. Not one ***** went toward the down to finance the car. When I called the dealership thinking there was some mistake, the finance guy, *****, yelled at me, telling me I was wrong and ended the call hanging up on me. Also, I had the car looked at by a mechanic to find it needs at least $1,200 in work. Brakes, A/c and front lower control arms. I am sick with what has happened in this transaction. They lied, they sent me off the lot KNOWING the car had a chipped windshield and s**** in the tire, and intentionally ripping me off in every possible way. True scammers! I want the deal corrected to what it was supposed to be!
