Artistry Aesthetics, ******* ..On Monday, November 22nd I had an appointment with Artistry Aesthetics at 12:00pm. I arrived at their office at 12:00pm. The Office Manager told me I was late and considered a no show; they could not see me. I told her I had an appointment at 12:00 and I'm right on time. She then said I needed to be there 15 minutes early to prep. I was never told this. She then said it's a $150.00 no show fee. I said "I'm here on time." She said she will just take the no show fee out of my credit from a gift certificate my husband gave me. I said "you cannot take my gift certificate money, because I'm not late". I said "do I have to make another appointment?" She said "we are not going to make you another appointment unless this $150 no show fee is taken care of." I have half a product left that I paid for, and now can't use because I can't make an appointment unless I pay a bogus no show fee. Also, my husband gave me the gift certificate for $1,500.00, which he paid full cash value, for a Christmas present in 2020. The Office Manager, *****************, said it was going to expire in November making me rush to use it. It was a cash transaction between my husband and Artistry and should not expire. I would happily take a refund, if they don't want to provide me the services, but they are unwilling to give me a refund, provide additional services and are stealing the product I already paid for, as well as the the remaining balance on my gift certificate.
