    The worst customer service. As a loyal member for the past few years and spending thousands of dollars, never once having an issue until now. They agreed in writing after going back n forth to reimburse or resend the product but only to go back on their word days later. This company has no integrity. This company lacks credibility. They have no respect or appreciation for their consumers. Do not shop here, there are plenty of other companies that will offer you the same services with the same product and hopefully with more respect and appreciate your business. ********* truly has no appreciation or value their customers.

    I ordered 2 products in April 2023, took 2 weeks to receive and both products were expired when I received them. Called customer service and after a long lengthy process of giving them batch #s and other details they were to contact their quality control team and then they would reach back out to me in another 3-5 business days. 5 days went by and no one contacted me. I called again and finally someone was able to issue me a refund. 5 days later, still no refund but come to find out they shipped me another product but only 1 of 2 that I originally ordered. Shocker, that replacement product was also expired. I called again and they were going to issue me another refund. 5 days later, no refund. I did this same process weekly for another 4 times and its now 2 months later and still no refund or product. I will never order from here again. Terrible service, expired products, loss of my money and a huge time waster for me. I was to order the same products on Amazon, received in 2 days and no issues.
