I called roaches plumbing to have my main sewer drain snaked and cleared of a clog that's all I requested once once the plumber got to my house he was introduced as the owner's grandson I spoke with him and once again told him I just needed the outside main sewer drain snaked and cleared out through the clean out outside nothing was to be done in the house nothing additional I am 76 years young and every time I call for a service I'm at risk of getting taken advantage Of this situation is no different Plumber finished clearing the outside sewer drain he came in the house and provided 2 additional services at my guest bathtub overflow and my washed tub in my garage for my washing machine those services were explained to me after I received the invoice to sign I complained about the extra charge and that if my house needed these services at which time the plumber should have come to me and explained to me I needed these additional services and ask permission not to go ahead and provide them without permission and charge me later.. I was unaware of these services I was leery about the price because i could barely afford it..I reached out to the owner of the company immediately afterwards and explained to him that I Only expecting the charge of one service (drain clearing) 2 days later the owner of roaches plumbing return my call he was very upset and explained to me how dare You tell me how to run a business do you have no idea He went on to insult me with profanity and threatened me with violence I did interrupt him twice to explain to him ************ was sneaky And unvalidated I am more shocked at the way the owner responded responded rudely and unprofessionally I've ever experienced variant this is how they do service charge you for something that you're not aware of I would like everyone to know about this business and And be aware of roaches plumbing There's no way this business can have an A+ rating with this kind of service and owner backlash
