    Warning do not buy from this company!I bought a VEVOR ************** Station Solar Generator 1843Wh 2400W and a VEVOR Portable Monocrystalline Solar Panel 200W Foldable ETFE Solar Charger kit in October of 2024. When I went to use it for the first time in July of 2025 the product did not work. As I was still within the 12-month warranty stated on the company's website, I contacted them to get a replacement, fix or refund.They said that they couldn't fix or replace so offered me $20 as compensation! I said I want a full refund under the terms of the warranty.This then turned into a haggling session where I have been dealing with no less than 10 different people and between ***** emails sent back and forth. Each staff member told me that I can keep the broken item as though they are doing me some kind of favor, when in fact it is not in my favor to keep what amounts to a very expensive heavy door-stop! Even after I asked for a manager to reach out to me, so this could be resolved, my request was ignored.Finally after more emails I got my refund. No apology from the company over how I was treated. I will definitely not buy anything from them again. It's not worth the hassle. Be warned!

    They lie on tracking, they have worse customer service! You cant speak with anyone everything is chat. No one knows whats going on. Dont bother with these people. Currently working to get my money back !

    The electric boat lift winch was used about 20 times before it completely died. No support by the company. They offered us *****. No *** in ****** to speak to. Don't buy their products! We will be ***orting them to the Better Business Bureau.

    I received a defective item and was unhappy with the quality. I requested a return for a refund, but customer service refused to process it. Instead, they kept asking me to send pictures so they could "help solve the problem." The problem is that I want to return the item and get my money back not troubleshoot something I dont want to keep.

    I bought a Vevor Macerator Pump 700W less than a year ago, while it is still covered under warranty. Reached out to the company several times to try to get a replacement product shipped. They offered me $20. When I replied that $20 is not acceptable and would like a replacement product, they offered me $38. Still going back and forth with them. ******** customer service, product is clearly inferior, and a warranty means abolutely nothing. ***** on this company. Would never advise anyone to purchase from them again. I'd have better luck going on **** and taking my chances.

    Cannot give any star. I purchased a 1.5hp pool pump from them as a replacement to the Vevor pump I have that was failing. It was to be delivered July 1. Tracking shows the pump on July 5th in *********. I have been on contact with their customer service department which has not been useful. For the first several days their reply was they were checking into it. Today it's there is a logistics problem. It has taken a week for them to tell me this. When I said I no longer wanted the pump they promised, and wanted to cancel, they said I could not get a refund. They broke their promise of delivering not only on time but drug their feet to even try and locate and deliver my merchandise.

    Purchased and ice machine from them. It came in last week. Its all bent up. Messaged them to return it because of the damage and they offered me $133 for the inconvenience on a ***** dollar ice machine. They are horrible I just wanted to get an undamaged machine.

    We purchased an above ground pool vacuum. Only worked 2 times. Battery will not charge. Company took forever to reply "ticket has been sent." This has gone on a few weeks. All we want is a new vacuum. Has warranty

    The merchandise looked as reported. Assembly was simple except one hole was off center which allowed the absence of a s**** I was pleased with the product otherwise.
