5 starsI was hesitant sending my chain to be fixed from the East coast to the West coast being transported via the US mail, however, the transaction was truly seamless. When I had one inquiry during the process, I heard back from someone in the company within 24 hours and during the weekend! The chain came back beautifully wrapped in a new box with the MyJewelryRepair logo on it. Living in a rural area of *******, there are few jewelers and you have to travel at least 2 hours each way to get something repaired that may not be repaired well. If I need anything else repaired, I will use this company without hesitation.Review fromBrandon H

5 starsI dont typically leave online reviews, but I felt compelled to share just how impressed Ive been with MyJewelryRepair.com. From beginning to end, the entire repair process was seamless, transparent, and exceptionally well-executed.Initiating the repair was incredibly easytheir website is intuitive, and they offer multiple shipping options, including insurance, which gave me peace of mind when sending in valuable items. Once they received my jewelry, I had a detailed repair quotecomplete with notes and a breakdown of the work they planned to dowithin 24 hours. That kind of turnaround alone is rare. After I approved the repair and submitted payment, they got to work immediately. Both items I sent in were repaired within just a few days and shipped back to me with tracking information provided. Return shipping was fast, and although a signature is required upon delivery (which might be a minor inconvenience for some), I actually appreciate this added layer of securityit shows their commitment to protecting both the item and the customer. When the pieces arrived, they were not only expertly repaired but also beautifully cleaned and polishedthey genuinely looked better than when I sent them in. Its been some time since I received them, and Ive had zero issues. The work is precise, clean, and exactly what I was hoping for.I live in a major metropolitan area with no shortage of local jewelry repair options, but I still choose MyJewelryRepair.com. Why? Because they consistently deliver exceptional craftsmanship, maintain excellent communication throughout the process, and make the entire experience effortless and stress-free. Its rare to find a company that performs this well every single timebut they do.Highly, highly recommend.MyJewelryRepair.com

1 starHeres a more strongly worded version of your review:Avoid My Jewelry Repair at all costs. I sent them two watches for restoration, and the experience was nothing short of a nightmare. They held onto one watch for four months before finally informing me that I needed a dial restoration, only to then reveal that the necessary part was no longer available from the manufacturer. On top of that, they demanded double the original quoted price. Reluctantly, I paid because the watch had deep sentimental value, and I wanted it restored to like-new condition. What I received was anything butfar from restored. When I called customer support to address the incomplete work, they insisted I pay yet again. Ive already sunk over $500 into a so-called "restoration" that was anything but, and it took eight months to get back an unfinished product. The other watch fared no better. After holding it for seven months, they only returned it after I repeatedly called to check on the status. The second time I wore it, the watch became waterlogged after a shower. When I called to get this resolved, they told me to send it back, only to then claim they no longer have the parts for the work I already paid for. This company is a total scam. Theyll take your money and leave you with nothing but regret. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of My Jewelry Repair, or you'll end up as disappointed and frustrated as I am.MyJewelryRepair.com

Dear *******,Thank you for your feedback. We take pride in restoring vintage timepieces, and wed like to clarify the process behind your experience.Working with vintage items presents unique challenges, particularly in sourcing parts that are both rare and costly. As noted on our website, this can extend the timeline significantly. When an original dial replacement was unavailable, we partnered with ********************** to custom refinish a dial for you, securing a favorable rate at your request. The fact that you believed the dial was original speaks to the quality of their craftsmanship. The crystal, which passed all pressure tests, was not recommended for replacement. The work we performed on your watch was clearly communicated in the quote provided, with no hidden charges. The quote stated: To return your watch to working condition, it will require clean and overhaul of the internal mechanism due to gear train issues. This service includes cleaning, oiling, adjustment, and replacement of worn internal mechanism parts (as needed). Please note, due to age and condition, spare part availability and water resistance cannot be guaranteed. We feel your review is unjust, as we went above and beyond to restore your timepieces while keeping the price as reasonable as possible. We wish you success in finding a restoration service that meets your expectations elsewhere.Best regards,The My Jewelry repair TeamReview fromJohn S

1 starThis place is trash! They do shotty work and won't own up to their mistakes. They "fixed" a break in my gold chain, it lasted 2 weeks before it began coming apart again in the exact same spot and they refused to fix it correctly with out me paying for it again. Don't waste your time, if you want your jewelry cleaned... any one can clean jewelry. They cannot fix it though. Trash.... Would give zero stars if i could....MyJewelryRepair.com

Dear ****,We would like to acknowledge your feedback and want to address your concerns. Upon close examination, we found that the chain was broken on the opposite side from the initial repair. Our analysis, including a microscopic inspection, indicates that this breakage was due to misuse and is unrelated to the quality of our workmanship. This was very apparent by the orientation of the clasp.Despite this, we were willing to offer a one-time accommodation as a gesture of goodwill when you recently reached out. However, your repeated online harassment on our social media platforms have raised concerns. We hope to resolve this issue amicably and appreciate your understanding.Best regards,My Jewelry RepairReview fromMike M

1 starMy jewelry did a mediocre job. I sent in a Movado watch for repair and I got it back and it didn't work. Additionally, I called 2x for the status and the guy at the Helpdesk told me he would call back and leave a message about the work status. Never happened. Finally, image a third attempt and fortunately, the young lady at the Help desk promised to send an email with the status. I was surprised that I got it that evening. The work took about 3 months and when the watch arrived at my home, it did not work, I question their work and overall responsiveness. I would not recommend this service at all.MyJewelryRepair.com

Hi, ****! Thank you for bringing this to our attention. You may have worked with M&G Jewelers and not us, My Jewelry Repair. Although we have no record of us working with your watch, we would be more than happy to help you should you need any future repairs as Movado is an authorized partner with us here at My Jewelry Repair. Have a wonderful day!Review fromjazurlbbb

5 starsMy Jewelry Repair did an amazing job with my watches! I sent in three watches: my gold ***** bangle watch, a ********************************* watch, and my boyfriend's Tag Heuer Formula 1 watch. They're all quartz movements so I sent them in for an easy fix, which was a battery replacement on all three and link additions to the Tag Heuer. What I liked about My Jewelry Repair was that everything was online and contactless, which is a dream for an introvert, which is what I've been like these days. I sent in my watches and selected one of their many options of shipping/insurance. They do offer free shipping, but I paid for the insured one myself as these pieces hold a great deal of sentimental value. They send you an email once your watches are ready and you get to approve whatever service that the "Master Technician" suggests and you can even decline the services that they suggest. I approved them all and my watches were back to me in about 2-3 weeks. They added a complimentary cleaning for all three of the watches, which was an amazing plus!I did this back in January of 2021 and now I'm preparing to send in two different watches for a battery replacement since their battery replacement services include premium batteries along with water and pressure testing (I did my research and they pretty much explain everything that they do in depth on their website if you do some light digging).Hoping for the same amazing services this time around as I believe I get what I'm paying for. Never really thought about online jewelry and watch repair services before, but I'm so glad that I found My Jewelry Repair (to save my introverted soul)!Review fromBenjamin W

4 starsA bit slow, but they resized my ring just like I asked. I saved a TON by using them too. They only lost a star because of how long they had the ring. Would absolutely use them again though.Review fromEd S

1 starDo not waste your energy, money, or time with these people. To be fair, they do good work, however, very shady business practices. I sent them a watch under a time deadline and supplied a factory sealed part and refused to use it stating "It's our policy to not use parts provided by the customers." Which I understand if it's loose and potentially damaged. A huge liability issue and as a business owner myself, I understand. However, they are up charging me to have them buy the exact same part, in the exact same condition, and the exact same packaging. As such, I need to have them order a new one, missed my time deadline, for a part that is sitting on their work bench. Thanks a lot My Jewelry Repair. So, if you have something simple, send it there way. For more complex issues, definitely find someone else. And to add insult to injury, this is not the first time they've botched my jobs.MyJewelryRepair.com

1 starMy Jewelry Repair is a very shady company. They say they honor bulova's manufacturer's warranty and offer free shipping. I sent a watched you then because Macy's directed me to the Macy's is where the watch was bought. Ever since then it has been a nightmare. It has been over 2 months and they still have my watch. At first they tried to charge me shipping to send it to boulevard and it says right on their website free shipping under factory warranty. It took me 3 weeks to get my watch shipped to the boulevard supposedly for free but it took much effort they kept trying to charge me a $50 fee just to ship the watch. So finally that got straightened out and now they're trying to tell me the watch is under warranty when it clearly is. It even States so on their notes of my watch but yet when I call them they say it's not under warranty. They claim it just needs cleaning and that it's with Bulova right now. Yet they want $100 for it to be fixed when it's supposedly at Bulova right now. I have been through so much with this company trying to get my watch fixed and it has been a nightmare. Do not ever deal with these individuals unless you have to they do not honor what they say on their website. They are very shady they just want to get your money anyway possible. Their customer service is lousy I had one representative tell me finally that everything was all clear and then to get an email two days later saying that I had to pay for the shipping again. They are so slow I was wondering what was up with my watch after a month I had to call them to find out what was going on. Apparently they needed an approval but they never asked or sent me any information saying that so I just sat there. When you asked to speak to a supervisor they will not give you one. They'll just try to go back and forth to what their supervisor is saying but they won't connect you to him. They claim my watch is with Bulava. When I asked for both of his phone number they claim they don't have it.liarsMyJewelryRepair.com

Hi ******,
We apologize for any confusion and frustration caused during the repair process of your watch. Our records indicate that a valid Proof of Purchase was provided and the watch was sent to Bulova for possible warranty service. However, there was some misunderstandings regarding the responsibility for shipping charges. Our policy is to cover a $25 shipping fee for Macy's repairs, but an initial estimate for shipping the watch was provided to the customer for $35. Upon review by Bulova, an estimate was provided for various services, including battery replacement, water testing, and ultrasonic cleaning, all of which is not covered under Bulova's warranty. It was noted that the battery insulator sheet was missing, indicating that the watch had been opened by an unauthorized third party, the act of which voids any warranty industrywide. We apologize if our customer service caused any inconvenience, and if there is anything else we can assist with, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.
Regardless, to alleviate this issue, one of our representatives is reaching out to you to see if we can find a solution from one of our partner's regarding the process of which your watch should have been handled before even reaching our site. Please be on the lookout.
