Being 23 yrs old couple checking insurance after insurance charging an arm and a leg is a hassle & some over-price like a MuthaF#&#. NOT AT ADRIANAS INSURANCE BEST PRICE, QUICK PROCESS, NO **** QUESTIONS, & GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE I RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR FIRST TIME INSURANCE!!!

      the agent gave me a quote . I signed up and I was billed for services that I did not request . I was promised a refund. I am still waiting it has been 3 months

      They charge 15 dollars to receive your monthly payment as convenience fee. It is beyond ridiculous that in order to pay them you have to pay more? This is America. Why do companies do that to their clients. In this case by law you are forced to pay for insurance and they just find ways to make more money. Ridiculous.

      Adriana's makes it hell to cancel their policy. I've talked to 3 agents today for a simple cancelation. Why do i want to cancel? I was involved in an accident 13 months ago in which no claim was paid out as it was a simple fender bender. Why 13 months later my insurance (on auto pay) doubles and without notification. They claim because a claim was filed but no payout was made. I have reminded them that I paid no deductible and the agent closed the case stating no payment was/will be made and my insurance would not skyrocket. Then they say its the DMVs fault with the slow reporting, however accidents over $1000 are to be reported within 10 days. If there was no payout and no damage then why was the DMV notified? I smell BS and its Adriana's.
