    I bought a push mower May 17, 2025 made by Pulsar. The wheels broke and also the axles bent. I called (July 7, 2025) and requested replacement parts. I have been calling and emailing them since and have been told many times they would call me back and they would send replacement parts. I still have not received replacement parts. They made a label to ship via ****** but it hasn't been sent.

    All I want is for this company to fix or replace my lawnmower and this is the second pulsar lawnmower that I bought in the last two years which is crazy that they only last a year I even still have the original receipt which doesnt do any good why cant companies honor their products

    On May 2nd our Pulsar (5250) Dual Fuel generator partially burned out garage/patio. It didn't do much damage but the generator itself did not operate any longer. I tried shipping it back to Pulsar Products but due to the severity of damage done to the generator the **** would not ship it. Now Pulsar will not call me, they will not respond to my ongoing emails. My next step would be to hire a lawyer I guess.

    On May 27, 2024, I purchased a Legend Force Tiller ($619.15) from ********** in *********, **. Upon its first use in early May 2025, the tiller malfunctioned, failing to move forward and emitting a loud squealing noise. This failure occurred within the manufacturer's one-year warranty period. Despite my prompt outreach to ********** customer service on June 3, 2025, and subsequent attempts to work with the manufacturer, Pulsar Products, no party is honoring the warranty or covering labor costs, leaving me with a non-functional tiller. Given the product's malfunction within warranty and my consistent loyalty as a ********** customer, I request a full return or resolution for this defective product.

    1) Date of transaction- 8-15-2021 2) Warranty was not honored in second year.3) Parts for lawn mower or new mower became no longer stock.4) I was sent to R&W Equipment for repair.5) Lawn mower was under second year of warranty which i would pay for labor. 6) Pulsar could not furnish parts non attainable or even new engine.7) **** ********* kept in contact with Pulsar for many months but ****** service guy kept saying he would check on its process.8) emails being sent to BBB.9) I gave Pulsar plenty of time and asked for return or exchange and they would not either.10) 8-30-23 email , pulsar stated they would order a new engine. pulsar suggested this not **** ********* 11) i am sending all emails of communication 12) i was never told of discontinuence of parts ,engine for some time thank you **** *********

    I purchased a brand new Pulsar generator from a popular online retailer. It stopped working approximately 10 months after I received it. I contacted Pulsar Products for warranty support. They told me they would not offer any support because I did not buy the generator from an "authorized dealer," which is a requirement noted in their warranty documentation. Nowhere on the company's site or in their documentation do they define "authorized dealer" or have a list of companies that are considered authorized. They only note "featured retailers." In addition, a Pulsar supervisor admitted, there are conditions when warranty coverage isn't applicable even if purchased through a featured retailer (i.e., if the product is actually being sold by a third party).Ultimately, this company is not honoring their warranty. They are "ad-libbing" terms when approached for warranty coverage and not stating conditions in writing or in what they advertise.

    Hello *******,

    We looked into this matter further for you to see what we could do and what I understand so far is the following:

    1. The generator was purchased by you from a third-party reseller through AliExpress. As per our records, there was no communication established with Pulsar Products to confirm whether the warranty would be applicable if the purchase was made through this seller.

    2. This warranty is non-transferable.

    3. For warranty coverage, this product must be purchased from an authorized Pulsar Products Inc. dealer and the warranty only extends to the original purchaser in the *************, ******, or *******

    4. Products purchased from online auction websites, are not covered by this warranty.

    Typically, we would suggest referring to a local small engine repair shop for diagnosis. They can reach out to us directly for assistance with identifying the parts needed. We can offer the parts at cost plus shipping to get you up and running as soon as possible.

    Thank you for your response but it doesn't look like you read my initial complaint.

    I ordered a Pulsar generator from ****** and got it 6 months ago and the battery leaked all over my floor which just got done for ***** dollars 11 months ago. The order number was 113-3993083-2041868

    Bought a lawn mower 7-26-24. It blow smoke every once in awhile and the oil dip stick shows at the full ***** not over. Menards said to call you. My biggest complaint is I called, stayed on line for 20 minutes, then left a home number to call to get this warranty thing going, and its been over an hour and not return call. Very anoying. I should get a much faster response than this.....

    I bought a pulsar generator on 09/06/2024. I woke to my entire back porch in flames, which fire **** did come to my address, and i have both first and second degree *****. Im sustaining some problems walking as well as the majority of my entire foot and leg was burned..I was taken by ambulance to hospitll.

    Dear Ms. ************************ BBB complaint has some alarming words, but there is no actionable information, such as which product you have, how it was being used,where it was purchased, or what happened.


    We also received two emails from you, in the middle of the night, Tuesday to Wednesday. In your first email, you presented yourself as *******.That email was about an employment termination of some kind. One minute later,another email arrived from the same address, this time as ******* describing a fire event on a porch.


    Before responding, I emailed the Fire Chief at ************,AL to ask for an incident report based on your statement that they rolled equipment on this event and extinguished a fire. As of this timestamp, they have not replied to my inquiry.
    At Pulsar, we take any report of a hazard very seriously.But we need much more information from you about what happened. You may provide more details, pictures are also helpful, please send them to **********************************************************************************************************. Or,if you prefer to talk on the phone, we are available at ************.

    Okay where should I begin roughly a month ago I inquired this company for a problem I've had with my basically brand new barely used dual fuel generator explaining that it doesn't want to start or work after emails sent back and forth each time asking for a specific document or verification which I provided and everything fell under there so-called warranty. Has the back and forth emails continued for over a month I was beginning to get irritated for the options that I was told and the length of time of service. One of the options concluded was for me to find a reparable pulsar repair shop and the emails were not clear but I replied as how would this get to that shop where is a pulsar repair shop it just seemed they were blowing me off and not abiding by their warranty they have on their website stating under their terms it would be replaced or repaired with no problem nor questions asked nowhere does it say the customer has to find a reputable ********************** repair store to get it fixed following the email of my response of how dissatisfied I've been to this point by express my feeling on the whole matter meanwhile my generator that I paid almost $600 for is still broken with no sign of any type of replacement or being repaired The following email I got after that was directed towards me saying I am not ever allowed to contact their company I am blacklisted I'm never allowed to contact nor try to get anything associated with their company again and that was the end of it The worst customer service I've ever engaged in my whole life Don't know how a corporate company is allowed to act like that nor make decisions based on reprimanding the customer and I just want my generator repaired or fixed or replaced doubt it's going to happen but thought I'd give it a try The threats that were aimed at me were unnecessary and frankly ******** I can see in their reviews on the better Business bureau website they're about as garbage as the generator that's broke jerks.

    It took you a full month to find the courage to post your silly tripe online. I am so glad you chose to take this to the public domain because now it is my turn.
    *** you were verbally abusive to several people in this office and that is not allowed. Your words were profane, vulgar, and personally insulting, and frankly, you should have been banned from Pulsar long before I finally caught wind of what you were doing.
    Im very busy right now and you had a lot to say. Lets give the public a small taste of what you brought to us at Pulsar. Here are some lowlights from **** emails to Pulsar:

    You informed us that you are living out of your work trailer You made outrageous demands under implied and direct threats for any delay in following your orders and demands and you disparaged our company, our ethics, and our processes. And this was just your initial contact.

    You were contacted by a supervisor to exchange your generator.

    4 March
    You sent another email, badgering and harassing our staff because you havent received a new generator yet.
    Later that same afternoon, perhaps after a bit of liquid courage,you sent another email to our department supervisor where you ranted on in a solid wall of text, most of it not suitable for a public forum. You attacked and denigrated an entire nation and the people from there. You told us that your generator should last ten years without problems. You made demands and you threatened us with a BBB complaint for lack of immediate compliance with your demands. The rest of your comments were either too ignorant or filled with four-letter words. Decorum prohibits repeating your words here at BBB.
    Your disgusting outburst was forwarded to me for handling,and I told you that you were persona non grata at Pulsar.

     Then you got brave,and you sent me an email. You called me a b**** you told me to Show me the money. Then you called me a ***.  Then you told me that my father raped me as a child. Then you called me a piece of s*** Then you invited me to have *** with myself.  Then you ranted more with even more psychotic,profane outbursts, and more homosexual abuse-themed utterances.
    And now ***, all of this is searchable, by your name, in the public domain, FOREVER. The best part is that you are still banned, and we will do nothing for you, ever.
