Weve had trouble since the beginning and Arete would not back anything up. Less than a year with this trailer and its a pile unusable. They didnt provide the back splash on the tub and no doors on the cabinets. They did eventually send a back splash but it was bent on arrival. The windows latches were defective and broke causing the windows to slide while driving which broke the hinges on the window awning. The sink drain was detached. A section on the window frame was cut out. I tried to return the trailer and they refused. I tried to get them to repair the trailer and they refused. I gave them multiple attempts to make this right and Arete refused responsibility. The mini split wasnt working as soon as I got it and they said it wasnt covered. The water heater leaked and had to be fully replaced, they said that wasnt covered either. I hadnt even used the trailer yet and these were not working. I had to pay to get it in working condition on top of the cost I had just paid to buy the trailer. I didnt even get the appropriate paperwork needed to register with the *** after repeatedly being told by Arete I was given everything needed to register the trailer. I had to go back and forth with them before finally getting the port documents. This trailer was made in ***** and nothing can be repaired. It has to be fully replaced as it breaks. I bought the trailer in 2023 and Arete still has failed to take any responsibility.
