    I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the Aireloom Oiji mattress that I purchased from Ortho Mattress in July 2023, which was delivered in August 2023. Initially, the mattress met my expectations; however, by early 2024, I noticed significant sagging on the left side when facing the mattress. This issue has progressively worsened over time.Upon contacting Ortho Mattress to address this concern, a representative was dispatched to assess the condition of the mattress. It was confirmed that the mattress is indeed sagging. Despite this, I have been informed that the mattress will not be replaced. The reasons provided include that the sagging is not deemed deep enough, despite it exceeding 8 inches, and the presence of a stain on the mattress.I would like to clarify that I have always used a waterproof mattress protector, and subsequently added a mattress topper, both of which now exhibit a similar stain. This staining is likely a result of the yellow backing of the mattress protector and not due to any spillage on my part.Furthermore, I was verbally assured of a 10-year warranty at the time of purchase, but I did not receive any written documentation outlining the terms of this warranty. As a result, I was unaware that stains could potentially void the warranty. It is concerning that the warranty terms were not clearly communicated to me, nor was I provided with a warranty pamphlet for reference.As a single mother and student, investing over $6,000 in a mattress was a significant financial commitment made with the expectation of receiving a product that provides both comfort and durability. The current state of the mattress, coupled with the lack of support from Ortho Mattress, is unacceptable.I respectfully request that Ortho Mattress and Aireloom honor the warranty and replace both the mattress and the adjustable base. I believe this is a reasonable request given the circumstances and the investment made in your product.

    Kluft and Aireloom mattresses are not BBB accredited. This almost says enough. They are a high end bed manufacturing company located in ********** that use expensive products in their mattresses, but they do not hold up over time and the company has a reputation for not honoring its 10 year replacement warranty policy. We had someone come out and measure our $5000 Aireloom bed; a supposedly independent contractor. He placed strings and cones across the mattress and took pictures that showed 4 to 5 inch depressions in certain areas of the mattress. He even inferred that most of the mattress companies have their means of getting around honoring their warranties. The report came back to me with normal wear and tear and depressions of 1.5 inches or less. This was not accurate. In addition, the measurements do not take into account what occurs to the materials when weight is placed on them. When I lay on the mattress, there is around six inches of sinkage in my hip area. Imagine thrusting one hip out to your side and keeping it there for 8 hours at a time. This causes the spine to go out of alignment which results in pain. A good mattress should keep the spine in alignment and have additional support in the ares of the mattress where the body is the heaviest. For reference, I weigh 194 pounds and I am five feet ten inches in height. Because the company has refused to honor its warranty, we are having to purchase another mattress from a different manufacturer. The mattress is not even six years old. Expensive mattresses like this should not lose their supportive qualities as quickly as Aireloom does. Please remember that almost all mattress reviews that you see online are written within days and weeks of the initial purchase. It is rare that individuals review mattresses five years after they have purchased them. In fact, many reviews are not about the mattress itself, but about the actual purchasing experience. Aireloom should do better.

    Thank you for allowing ES *************************** the opportunity to address Mr. ****** review. ************** purchased his mattress on 5/19/2018. A warranty claim was filed on his behalf on 12/27/2023 and was inspected by a third-party inspection company. He currently has 3/8 on the left side and 7/8 on the right. Per our warranty policy, sagging over 1.5 is deemed as a manufacturing defect. Any depressions less than this would be considered normal body impressions.In this case, ************* has impressions which the inspector clearly identified in the inspection report, as normal. The reports description of problem and findings is customer states they can feel springs, but the tech applied pressure throughout and did not feel or hear any. Continue rotating for even wear. The inspection report also includes all photos of the measurements so there is no question on the findings identified.
