    On October 5th 2025 I order a ***** from their website **************************************. I received an email confirmation that it was purchased & I will receive it 7-10 business days. Long story short I never received the item, no email updates from them. I tried calling the customer service number I found on ****** it was invalid, I called the number that was provided on my credit card that was next to their name and that number sent me straight a voicemail but it didnt even have the company name it was very unprofessional. I sent emails to the customer service email provided on the website & filled out the contact us form & NEVER got an answer or update or my *****! I even tried contacting the company through ****** because they sell that brand on ************ couldnt find my order. I stopped payment on my credit card. ****************!!!!
