I purchased three items from this store and they are NOT what they show online. Both of my items are falling apart, strings hanging, cheap SEE THROUGH material and they do not take returns, I am assuming for this reason. This is COMPELTE false advertising. I feel absolutely taken advantage of. They are selling cheap items to people and then will not take them back when people receive them and find out they are not the real item. $262 may not seem like alot to you, but I don't have that kind of money to just throw away. I am so upset and they should be completely ashamed of themselves for false advertising, taking advantage of people and FLAT OUT LYING about their items. I want my money back for these items. Unless I get my money back I will be telling EVERYONE (including TikTok, any other type of media) what you have done.Initial Complaint

Hello Molly sent me a faulty dress and will not refund me. They are running a scam corporation. They keep making things up and wont give me my money back. I placed order HMUS-******* on 4/21/24 and received a dress that didnt fit me. They do not offer exchanges. I returned the dress and got the only form of refund offered of store credit and repurchased the dress on 4/30/24 order HMUS-*******. I not only paid return shipping but also paid for shipping on my new order. They sent me a faulty dress. The zipper does not function. I couldnt even try it on. I had a time sensitive event and no dress to wear. I contacted Hello Molly. I do not want store credit. I do not want to order from a company like this again. They offered me full cash refund. They expect me to pay return shipping costs on an item that was faulty. I have sent them countless proofs, and they keep asking for different things. Theyre now asking for another video, which I cannot attach because its too big of a file. Videos do not fit into emails. This is a runaround scam and they just want me to stop. They said just return it. Sure, at this point I just want any refund. I can no longer return the item. I am extremely frustrated. If I had just gotten a product that was in tact, I would not be here now. This is frustrating and I wish I never gave them my business.Initial Complaint

I purchased clothing from this brand several months ago. The sizing was incorrectly advertised. When I attempted to contact the company and make a return, I was not able to do so. They did not provide me with a return address. I followed the instructions on their company website which includes a return form to print and include with the return package. This had no return address on it. I included this form in the package and sent the package to the address on the received package. The company notified me this was a distribution center and not their company address so they will not provide me with a refund. It is their policy to not give out any refunds despite them incorrectly advertising size of product.Initial Complaint

My daughter purchased a dress in hopes to wear to her graduation. After her order was placed no order confirmation was sent. The dress did end up arriving but is not the best quality and did not fit and did not include a packing slip. The only way to return the dress is to submit a return using an order number, which was never received or sent. I placed an order (HMUS-2310421) with Hello Molly on 06/24/24 for the amount of $77.74. The dress that was delivered on 06/27/24 was damaged, had a black stain on the front of it, and looked nothing like the photo with extra fabric hanging down the front of the dress. I reached out to customer service immediately, asking for a full refund to my card and a prepaid shipping label to return the dress to them. They only solution they provided was to give me a "50% refund to cover repairs". So not only are they refusing to give me a full refund for a dress that was damaged and in unwearable condition upon arrival, but they are also trying to have me use my time and resources to go get the dress fixed myself when the occasion I needed it for had already passed. Then they offered me a store credit, but I have no desire to shop with this company ever again with their poor, unethical business practices. I ordered the Runaway Serina Maxi dress from hellomolly.com on 6/6/2024. I received the item on 06/11/2024 and it was clearly defective. The dress straps were uneven and sewn in different areas of the dress, making it unusable. I contacted the company on 6/11/2024, providing an explanation of the issue, along with photos of the defective item. I have requested that they either refund my money or allow me to exchange the item for a new one. I email them again on 6/12/2024 and again on 6/18/2024. The company will not respond to me. I tried calling their customer support line several time, but there was no answer. This company is scamming people by selling defective items and refusing any refund. I placed an order for a dress that was $96.25 from Hello Molly on 5/28/24. It was confirmed with an order # of HMUS-*******. I was told by email it was delivered by lasership. They sent a email with a picture of a FORGED signature on 6/2/24. I was not home, I did not sign for this package, and I live alone. I have reached out to laser ship via email and phone and they continue lying saying it was delivered. Hello Molly then tells me they will reach out to the carrier to correct the situation and 3 days went by and they have not contacted me. I have reached out 3 more times via email, and called multiple times and get sent directly to a voicemail. I NEED this dress for an event next week and if i don't get it, i demand a refund of my money. This is beyond upsetting and terrible customer service from the company and their delivery service.Business Response

I bought a dress on March 23, 2024. I paid $76 for it.It did not fit so I returned it. They told me I would get a store credit.I never received the store credit. I have sent multiple emails trying to reach Hello Molly.They answer that they have given me a $76 credit which never appears in my account.Its's been almost 2 months. Now, I would like a full REFUND of my order.
