I placed an order on 5/31/25 and Ive been asking for a refund for 3 weeks now. Today is 6/21/25 and I keep getting back and fort with lies from this company. The tracking number ********************** ****** they provided me with has not updated since 6/18/25. I keep asking fir a cancellation and a refund and all I get is lies. I ordered a dress 9th 2025 from chic curve. I waited until February 24 to contact them since I had not received the address nor heard anything from them. Their customer service **** replied with the dress is still in production and wont be available for another two weeks. They had not made that information available online or when I ordered the dress nonetheless I decided to wait the two weeks for the dress to be ready. Two weeks and almost a month have passed. Ive been going back-and-forth with their customer service who refuses to give me my refund or send me the address. They keep on suggesting other products from their site and theyre forcing me to pick another dress that they can send to me, but I dontwant anything else. Ive placed an order with this place for 2 dresses in February 4th, 2025. It is now March 12th, 2025. And they havent shipped the items which they stated will take 7-15 working days. I politely asked them to cancel the items and just refund my card. I made the purchase on December 30. When message stating packed was delivered, the photo showed another persons door. I provided my photo of my door to compare with the delivery person. To advise my package wasnt delivered. The seller said I needed to contact the delivering service about my package to claim it was lost. The delivery company who also has the proof i is submitted stated the seller needs to contact them. As the seller says they need a letter its lost. I ordered shape wear from this company and never received my order. The package was returned back to the warehouse as my tracking number stated. (The address is the correct address therefore I am not sure why the package wasnt delivered) However, in an attempt to correct the issue. I reached out to customer support for assistance and was told nothing could be done despite me having the tracking number showing the package being returned back to the warehouse. I asked if the package can be resent or refunded. I was told nothing, absolutely nothing could be done. I even suggested paying for shipping and was told again nothing can be done. May, 2024 purchased a garment from Chic Curve online retailer store. As per return policy within 30 days brand new condition can exchange or return once received and verified condition of garment can be resold. I paid $72.65 to ship to *****, where customs held the garment for 3 months. When reached out to they advised once that time frame is achieved will release to recipient. However that was not the case and it was returned back to me several months later and received November 2024. I been in contact with Chic Curve customer service who advised they will only send back 10%. Why. The customer paid twice now for the garment after following their rules on returns and the customer is out but not the retailer. The respected and business thing to do is refund the cost of garment or the cost paid to return the garment. I paid for something that I did not receive and their solution is 10%. ******.Initial Complaint

First order shapewear $57.30. Too small. Before I had a chance to email them to get the return address for returns, I ordered two more shapewear, in a larger size and in two different colors. Second order total was $96.90. These were too small as well. Packages came from **********. Company informed me returns need to be sent to *****. They suggested contacting my postal service to see how much the return would be. They offered me a 10% refund. I said no. There is nowhere on their refund page or anywhere on their website that states returns have to be sent to *****. I would not have purchased from this company had I known that. I told them they were scammers and knew perfectly well that when customers wanted to return items, and were told their merchandise needed to be sent to *****, that customers would say forget it. So for this shady company, any purchase, on their end is a win win. So yes I was ******. They then offered me a 15% refund. I said no. I want my full refund back. They literally had the nerve to say, "If you INSIST on sending your merchandise back to *****, here is their address. But it will probably get stuck in customs and then you'll have to pay taxes on that. Refunds usually take 1-2 months. I said I NEVER insisted on ANYTHING. I was simply following the instructions you gave me to return my merchandise, and those instructions meant sending my merchandise to *****. I also pointed out that their returns page is deceitful and misleading. They state once they receive the package, it usually takes 5 days to process, then 5-10 days to receive your credit. They made it seem like the return would go to ********** and I would receive a refund in a couple weeks. One lady from this company had the nerve to forward me the return page policy and underlined "when we receive the package", meaning when they receive the package in freaking China. I have contacted Missouri Attorney General. They haven't addressed the issue yet.
