    Nature of Complaint: Product/Service Issue Seller Platform Retaining Item Without Payment or Return ?Complaint Details:I used the Jawa platform to sell a custom-built ** worth $2,500. After the transaction was completed, **** forced a return without my consent. I complied with their directive and shipped the ** back as instructed. Since then, I have received no payment and no return of my property.The platform has now had possession of my ** for an extended period with no communication, no resolution, and no transparency. I have repeatedly reached out to customer support with no adequate *********** of today, Jawa has:My $2,500 ** in their possession,Refused to issue payment to me as the seller,Refused to return my physical property,Provided no formal resolution or timeline for remediation.This constitutes unlawful retention of personal property and violates seller protections Jawa claims to uphold. I am demanding either:1.The full return of the ** in the condition it was sent, or 2.Reimbursement in the amount of $2,500 via the original payment method.If no resolution is reached, I intend to escalate to the **** the Arizona and Texas Attorneys General, and consider filing a small claims suit. I am also preparing to share my experience publicly to warn other sellers.?Resolution Sought:Return of the ** in its original condition OR Full reimbursement of $2,500
