On May 2, 2024 the California Contractors State License Board (CSLB) filed an Accusation against Garner Roofing, Inc. According to the Accusation Garner departed from accepted trade standards and violated building laws with respect to one project. The company also failed to complete the project for the contract price. According to the Accusation Garner is also subject to discipline for employing an unregistered salesperson.
