    Our school is a private school in Orange County **. We used Healy sportswear last year and decided to use their service again. We requested the same MOCK UP from last year with no changes NO BRAINER! I was advised by **** and **** that I can proceed with a Purchase Order and all they needed was an invoice. 2 weeks lapsed and my order wasn't processed becaue they don't accept PO's from Private schools; crucial information I must say! Moreover, once i complained and spoke with a supervisor, all I was given were excuses and NO ONE accepting responsibility for their incompetence! In fact ****** took it personal and refused to accept the fact that she did not follow up with me on said order after I complained! Our school paid the fee in FULL on 11/17 so we can rush this order. While my order is not being processed and we paid in full, I continue to receive several emails from other workers STILL REQUESTING A PO invoice number from us! What a joke! After speaking to ****** on 11/27, I asked her to proceed that I already confirmed the sizes on 11/13, 11/15, and 11/16. ****** said she will notify the warehouse to see if they can help expidite the order, and TODAY i received an email from ***** asking me to confirm the sizes again. I feel bad for our student athletes for deciding to use a company that has no cares in the world for students.

    There uniforms look great they did an amazing job on our order were very happy the size fit great and the customer service was amazing will be using again
