    ****** demo manager and worst customer service ever. This is one of the worst expenses Ive ever had first the delivery guy threatened me because he showed up to my house and it took me 10 minutes to get here. We were living down the street because this house is getting remodeled, they called me a few minutes before they showed up and I was in the shower at the time The time I got out, theyve been waiting for 20 minutes. The guy was 6 foot six and ***************************************************************************************************************************************** my garage as I stated we were remodeling this house so it took us a few months to actually use the product. In that time the box that was damaged and its contents were compromised by mice and they were the covers to the pillows. They refused to replace them and the general manager wouldnt give me the time of day for a quick call to try to appeal to ******* sense. They go under this company *****

    have ordered a Modular Bondi Latte 3-Seater *********** in ******** | Classic Blend. Unfortunately, the color of the three cushions is incorrectthey are gray instead of eggshell. Additionally, the delivery team (blue truck) damaged a small pillow while inserting it into its cover. The quality of all the pillows is very thin and unsatisfactory (please consider improving pillow quality). One of the cushion covers is snagged and also the wrong color. Furthermore, there is some wood damage, and the delivery has caused minor damage to my floor. I would like to request that the same delivery team does not return, as they left my place very dirty with dust and small styrofoam particles everywhere. The delivery staff was friendly, but that was the only positive aspect of the experience. Unfortunately, they damaged my flooring and a pillow insert. They opened the boxes inside my house, creating a mess with dust and small Styrofoam pieces everywhere, which took me a considerable amount of time to clean up. Additionally, the delivery staff discarded three boxes in the trash area and two on top of the dumpsters. I have recorded a video documenting this incident.

    This product is an absolute scam. Do not purchase under any circumstances! We paid for their top performance material and memory foam cushions. The material is like having a fly trap for a couch everything sticks like literal glue and while stains do wash out every piece of lint, every feather from a pillow, you have to fight to remove. The weaved basked under each seat has zero integrity. We've had this couch for less than a year and the cushions are already deformed and have totally lost their shape. We are within their "365" day return policy, and while we paid $4,400 I understood that they would give us less than that back since it was used for 10 months. They are now saying that they want $1,600 just to pick it up, and do not guarantee they'll give us any value for the return even when they take it. I genuinely believe their website reviews are bots because there is absolutely no way. This company is an absolute scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

    Inside Weather has a great support team. I spoke with ***, ******, and **** through Indside Weathers customer support email. Theyre all kind and helpful. They were accommodating with my requests and questions. I liked how Inside Weather sent out a sample of their fabric of the couch we ordered before it was shipped.

    Terrible couches, worse customer service. Our couch was not as advertised, but the 365-day return doesnt mention that the customer pays return shipping plus a huge restocking fee. It would have been over $1000 to return our $2800 couch. It broke after less than two years, and Inside Weather claims they no longer make this couch and cant help us. Truly the worst customer service Ive seen outside of a Wal-Mart.

    Do not trust this company! The couch is not worth the money they charge. The quality is horrible. The couch is uncomfortable and does not look as advertised. They do not have a live customer service department and only communicate via email. I requested to return the $7000 couch I purchased (which they will keep $785 of my refund for an economic fee) over 4 weeks ago and their service company has still not picked it up or have called me to schedule a pick up. Meanwhile my family cannot sit in the couch and enjoy our living room because we cannot sit in the couch because it will be inspected once it is picked up. If I could give the company zero stars I would. Please avoid this company. Im ashamed that I have been scammed by this company.

    Really crummy product. My company purchased 2 sofas a year out for a multi-family project and they sat in storage for a year. When we were finally ready to install, we almost lost the product because we were looking for 2 large sofas! Not, multiple boxes that needed to be assembled. We laughed because the website states "easy" assembly, but it took my professional install team an hour to assemble each. They were pounding with mallets and cussing the furniture! Then when the pillow inserts were in place and we sat on the cushions, they felt like cheap toilet seat covers that deflate slowly (You know what I mean). I reached out to the company and was told that since we received our sofas a year out, there was nothing they could do, other than sell us new cushion inserts. They advised that since the cushions were vacuum sealed for so long, they just needed more time to deflate. I gave the cushions 3 weeks and they are still the same. I asked for measurements of the cushions and I was told that since the sofas were discontinued, they no longer had that information and yet, they were willing to sell me replacement inserts? I'm more than bothered by this experience than anything. This company is NOT for industry people as they are not able to provide adequate customer service for a commercial project. I do not recommend. Designers beware.

    I bought this couch because I liked the way it looked and their products were labeled as "sustainable". I wanted a long lasting couch that I was willing to spend more $ on, but also make myself feel better about buying something "sustainable". This is the worst couch I have ever purchased. We've had it only a year and a half and it's falling apart. The elastic bands that support the cushions are in horrible condition already and it sinks so bad. I spent over $3,000 on ************* and arm chair set and it is seriously the worst purchase I've ever made. I've never been more disappointed in a product in my life. I keep it because I spent so much money on it that it would kill me to get rid of it only after a year and a half. Every time I look at this couch, I am filled with rage. Please find a better couch elsewhere.

    Terrible experience. I ordered three chairs, two of which arrived damaged. The quality of the furniture is well below expectation for the price, and they charged us nearly $300 to return the two damaged chairs. Avoid this company at all costs.
