*Increase of Quoted Amount:* MSI originally quoted us $19,609.17 for a 3-month campaign of 8.5x14" mailers. When approving the proofs, they then changed the quote due to a mistake on their end of entering the wrong paper size. After escalating it to upper management, they agreed to the original quote. * Incompetent Team for Proving Proofs:* When reviewing the addressed parties, it took a week for *** to understand that it was to be addressed to the second name, not include businesses or trusts/estates & to use first names only. This caused delays to the planned mail out date. - Poor Campaign Performance: We have used the same draft of mailer for a previous campaign and saw huge success. This campaign returned very poor results of # Leads, # Sales and # Revenue. Our mailers typically have 3-5% COS (cost of sale) for mailers, with our goal to keep all sources under 5% COS. However, this campaign produced a 14% COS. *Overcharge in Postage:* We were originally quoted $19,609.17. We added a digital campaign of $716.22. We were charged a $300 credit card fee (which we weren't aware of) and they increased the amount of postage by $1,046.16 ($348.72 per campaign). The company waived the credit card fee but is adamant that we were aware that postage could increase but we don't have any written documentation of this & have asked several times to provide proof that we were informed. **RESOLUTION:** We had SEVERAL challenges with MSI but we plan to pay them the $1,821.91 due, which is the balance of what was originally quoted plus the added digital campaign. However, due to the incompetent employees they have managing their accounts, we should not have to pay extra for postage. Their team had numerous miscalculations & mistakes and they are requiring us to pay $1,046.16 more than the written agreed amount. Our goal is to come to a mutual agreement to honor the original quote, which leaves a balance of $1,821.91, not the $2,868.07 they are requiring us to pay.
