              I've had my defective carpet replaced twice. They installed the same defective carpeting both times. Now, they need to replace it a third time but they don't sell that carpet anymore so they want to charge me $1,700 on top of the $10,000 I already paid for what they said was top of the line carpet. In the upcharge sales pitch they now claim I don't have top of the line carpet. The regional manager ******************* said I cannot speak with anyone else about the matter and told me they have lawyers. He also said the don't lose money on warranty claims. I invited him to my house to find carpet that would not cost me more and he said they don't do that. We went through the entire showroom and they only have one carpet that is similar in color and pattern. They fully admit the carpet is defective and said I have to agree to this by 2/11 or else they consider the matter resolved.
