Ive known The owner for about 20 years I used to work across from his shop and have had problems in the past. Arguments etc. owner has hired two new workers which worked on my car a few times in the past couple months. One was to change an alternator and belt. While the mechanic was doing this I had walked out of the office into the shop because I heard a loud banging noise and he was standing underneath my car with a sledgehammer and had told me that my suspension was broken. Another time I brought the car in to have catalytic converters replaced a different employee took the oxygen sensors out because that is part of the procedure. I had asked this employee how do you know when the O2 sensors are bad or not and he grabbed one off of the rack that my car was up on and started tapping it on there really hard saying this could easily break it . I confronted the owner about it after arguing for several days on the phone with him about it he finally replaced the O2 sensor but the check engine light on my car keeps coming back on. I took my car to his shop last week trying to figure out why the check engine light keeps coming on, there was a hose cut off on my brand new cold air intake and pulled off the backside of my motor in between the motor and firewall causing a vacuum leak. *** tried talking with the owner **** about fixing this he said hes not going to fix it Im not allowed at his shop anymore and basically he doesnt believe anything Im saying. The day they put the catalytic converters on I had to drive back instantly because the exhaust was rubbing on the driveline which all of us came to agreement that it was nobodies fault just the catalytic converters did not lineup The same, when I had returned moments after I left the employee said what the f*** are you doing back here with a dirty look on his face. I brought all this to the owners attention and he told me I dont care Im retiring soon. They like playing head games and huddle to talk.
