If you withdraw your students after the first 10 days, yourrefund will be reviewed by the administration. They will consider the amount of time that has passed and the amount ofwork that has been completed in making the determination about the exactrefund.
Please keep in mind that the monthlytuition payments are a payment plan, not a subscription for services. In other words, the full tuition istechnically due at the beginning of the year. If a student completes the work early, the remaining tuition balancewill still need to be paid.
Allow 30 days from receipt of written notice of withdrawal forprocessing payment refund.Returns
If you need to return an item to us, call the academy andexplain the situation. We will informyou whether or not you are within the return time allowed and give youinstructions for the return.
