    Excellent overall service from ********* and all the other team members I have interacted with to this point. I've found the mount for my 98" HDTV to be exceptional so far and have full faith that it will stand the test of time.

    I am a frequent shopper of MOUNT-IT! Products. I've purchased TV mounts, a monitor, and my desk to work from home. Delivery always seems to be standard. I usually receive the package within a couple of days. There was one time I was missing pieces to my product. However, they were very apologetic and offered to send the parts instead of having to break down the entire mount and send it back. Overall, I give them 5 stars and would definitely recommend the MOUNT-IT product to family and friends!

    When I got my order the complete wrong thing was in the box. I called customer service to let them know. They are putting the burden of returning the incorrect product on me, even though they were the ones who sent the wrong thing. It is up to me to print the return label and repack the product. Let me tell you, it is not easy to repack a product that weighs a total of ************************************************************************************************************************ I had to drive it all the way to *** myself to return it. I dont live anywhere near *** because Im in a rural area, so they scheduled a pickup. Honestly though, regardless of that, why in the world should I have ever been responsible for doing that even if I lived close to one? I had to slide this box around my house to get it to my office but they would have expected me to load it in my car and take it to *** myself because of a mistake that THEY made. I would also like to mention that they never apologized a single time during our entire interaction. I even had to request expedited shipping on the reshipment of my item, when again, none of this was my fault. The more I think about this situation the more I am absolutely shocked by how it was handled. I will never order from this business again and I will not recommend it to anyone who asks about my desk setup.
