    Hello BBB,We engaged A1 Tree and Landscaping on February 7th to begin landscape work to our front & back yard. We paid A1 Tree and Landscaping the total sum of $42,000.00 to date for their commitment to begin and finish (complete) our front and back yard remodel/landscape work which they agreed to have completed by summer 2023.The issue is that A1 Tree and Landscaping is not working on our project at times for days, at times for weeks. According to ****, the owner, he has lacked staffing here and there, was ill at one point, has had newborn problems that he had to tend to. Unsure if he possibly has taken on one to many jobs but he is not performing what he was contracted to do. A1 owner (****) has not tried to remedy the situation or tried to complete the work so we are asking for an invoice for work completed from him, with the estimated refund amount due us disclosed on same. **** is now ignoring all calls, sending them straight to voicemail; not responding to text messages and is not responding to emails either. He is ghosting us and we need your help retaining our refund amount due back asap so we may proceed with a legitimate landscaper that can handle the tasks
