            We hired j&b fence in July 2021. We signed a contract and work was supposed to start within a week and only last a few days. *****, the **** stated we needed to pay a 50 percent deposit in order to start the work. We paid him ****. After the check was deposited ***** had every excuse in the book as to why he couldnt return to start the work. It tools weeks for him to show up and only complete a small portion of the total job. We set multiple dates for him to return but he never did. I go all had to fire him off of the project and requested a refund of a portion of my deposit. ***** again had multiple excuses as to why he didnt have the money. We are in the process of filing a small claims civil dispute on ***** and his business. This man should not be allowed to do any work on the state. Hes a *****

            ***** is a thief. He took a deposit and never came back. We contacted him twice and he lied and said he would come finish the job. He lied and said he would return the deposit. Now his website has been shut down.
